Il volume è strutturato in tre parti per meglio affrontare i vari aspetti dell’istituto sia per quanto riguarda le tecniche operative sia sulla formazione e i compiti degli organismi preposti a svolgere tale attività. La PRIMA PARTE focalizza l’interesse sui metodi e le tecniche che il mediatore dovrebbe utilizzare per svolgere la sua funzione. Si parla della cosiddetta “interazione comunicativa nella negoziazione e nella mediazione”; nel dettaglio si analizzano i modelli facilitativi o valutativi e aggiudicativi.
