Una vez decidimos que t�cnica aplicar (rotuladores, l�pices, ceras, acuarelas, etc.), nos detendremos delante del dibujo en blanco unos minutos llen�ndolo de color con nuestra mente.Es aconsejable que dejemos fluir nuestro sentimientos y estado de �nimo a la hora de elegir los colores, de esta manera nos aseguramos que el resultado final proceda de nuestro subconsciente. 4.- Coloreamos el mandala.
