Book excerpt: Peter Deunov represents the third major esoteric spiritual impulse in Bulgaria following on Orphism (which led to Pythagoreanism and Platonism) and the 10th century Bogomils (literally meaning 'Dear to God'). All three impulses are historical manifestations of the Fellowship of the Light based on the cardinal principles of Divine Love, Divine Wisdom and Divine Truth. This exquisitely illustrated book is the first full biography to appear in English. It covers every period of his life, including his time in America, and is filled with fascinating details that shed greater light on the meaning of his spiritual mission. Numerous photographs and beautiful illustrations add greater substance to this biography.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Wellspring of Good - The last Words of the Master Beinsa Douno, compiled by Bojan Boev and Boris Nikolov. During World War II after the beginning of the bombardment of Sofia, Peter Deunov moved with a group of his followers to the village Murchaevo, in the Vitosha Mountains where they were welcomed into the home of Temelko. Here he gave his last directions and guidance, summarizing his previous lectures and outlining the future of humanity. These last words were taken down in shorthand and presented by his closest disciples Bojan Boev and Boris Nikolov in the book The Wellspring of Good. The Master shares deep insights into the inner realities of life, covering a vast array of subjects, including Paneurhythmy, Communion with Nature, Music, The Law of Love, Cosmic Consciousness, The Colors, Joy, Rejuvenation, The Culture of the Angels, The New Epoch, etc. "When I speak about the new man, I have in mind the people of the Sun who live with Joy. They are exuberant, generous, and overcome their difficulties easily. They are heroes, men with open hearts. They use everything wisely. They enjoy everything. In both suffering and pleasure, the new man is filled with an inner joy. He knows that both the bad and the good conditions are given in order for him to grow." (Peter Deunov) Peter Deunov (also known as Beinsa Douno), is a teacher of Esoteric Christianity, who lived and taught in Bulgaria during the first half of the 20th century. His knowledge, character, and powers, all mark him as a rare messenger of Divine Reality. He had a very large following when he passed on, but his teaching was suppressed by the Communist regime. In recent years, this teaching, and its associated spiritual practices, have begun to bloom again, as the Bulgarians enjoy a greater degree of freedom. This teaching covers all aspects of life, with a special emphasis on music, spiritual dance (Paneurhythmy), and communion with God in Nature. This fourth edition includes: - a Preface by professor Harrie Salman - improved translations of the 134 chapters from the original Bulgarian - a timeline with the dates and events from the Master's life - an appendix providing the historical context of the Master's time in Marchaevo, where the events transcribed in this book occurred - an expanded set of photographs from lives of the Master and his followers

Book excerpt: This is a spiritual book comprised of quotations about Love, Wisdom, and Truth that I have collected from lectures given by the master Beinsa Douno/Peter Deunov. Without exaggeration this book contains valuable uplifting Divine ideas, principles, rules and laws which we all should put into practice. Beinsa Douno teaches that all people are brothers and sisters (since we come from one and the same Father-God) and should live as such. "This teaching is not mine, it is God's teaching. It is a teaching of Love, brotherhood and sisterhood of absolute freedom in which everyone respects the rights of the others. And the powerful are ready to be servants of the little and weak." Beinsa Douno. This book together with the books "Prayers and Spiritual Formulas" and "The Might of Love" are available for free, just send me an email and I will email them to you. Book excerpt: Artists create works that are external to themselves using external materials; they concentrate their efforts on this external matter, and they create marvels. But I will say that, for me, true artists are those who are able to take themselves, first and foremost, as their creative matter. All the methods of the spiritual life are available to them to help and inspire them in this task. In the psychic world, we can be musicians, poets, architects, sculptors, etc. The work done by disciples of Initiatic Science includes all the arts. What a discovery it was for me, the day I understood that I could work on matter which was not foreign to me – my own matter. That is why I only work at writing my own book, that is to say, myself. I have never written anything other than the book that is me. You will say, ‘But what about the books we read?’ I don’t write them, I have entrusted this work to certain people. My task is only to write my own book, and when I speak I do so in the knowledge that I am also writing. Yes, when I speak I am striving to print heavenly writings on your souls

Book excerpt: Peter Deunov (1864 "1944) was a spiritual teacher in Bulgaria best known for giving the Paneurhythmy, a communal dance set to music to promote social harmony, spiritual development and physical health. The Iron Curtain obscured his teaching for forty-five years, and it was not until the end of the Cold War that his voice began to emerge even in his homeland. Peter Deunov, who had the spiritual name Beinsa Douno, said that a new, spiritual epoch has begun in which human beings will come to live in love and freedom. His mission was to prepare us for this new life. He taught profound and practical Christianity, guiding his disciples to establish direct contact with the Spirit, and holding that true knowledge is only that which is personally tested and verified. According to Peter Deunov, the inner side of all religions is the same, there being one great truth, that of the relationship between the human soul and God. This edition presents the lectures of the Teacher along with relevant passages from the Bible, in a suitable form for readers of the English language.

He was the first to defy all the ancient customs and his audacity in claiming that he was the son of God and that all human beings are equally sons and daughters of God was expiated on the cross. The insistence with which Jesus accentuated man’s divine filiation offended and irritated the scribes and Pharisees to the point that they attempted one day to stone him. But Jesus said to them: ‘‘I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of these are you going to stone me?’’The Jews answered, ‘‘It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you, but for blasphemy, because you, though only a human being, are making yourself God.’’ And then Jesus reminded them of the verse in the Psalms: Is it not written in your law, ‘‘I said, You are gods’’?’ Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the beginning was the Word... and the Word was with God... and nothing that was made was made without the Word The human being is an expression of the ever-unfolding wisdom of the creative Logos, the Word. The whole of creation bears the imprint of the cosmic sounding. This book describes a way, through movement and gesture, to work with the creative, sounding principle that manifests in the Earth's enveloping life sphere. Today, the increasingly binding and hardening conditions of modern life now threatens the divine seed of life here on Earth, which has been fructified and developed over the millennia. Creation--coming to expression through the flowering of the cosmic breath--is losing its natural connection with humanity and with Mother Earth, which are increasingly given over to anti-life forces, comprising destruction, inversions, and lifeless replicas of creation's gifts. The sacred movements described in this book arise from the modern art of movement known as eurythmy (Greek: "good movement"), which came into the world in 1912. These sacred gestures, when practiced with the words gifted to humanity by the incarnated Logos two thousand years ago, lead us back to our connection with the fullness of creation and toward the goal of developing the body of immortality, the resurrection body. In 2012, we celebrate the one-hundredth anniversary of the birth of eurythmy. This book invites us to partake of the richness of the sacred through life-enhancing movement and gesture as a path to reconnect with the cosmic formative forces that sound the call of resurrection. The wealth of material included in this book educates the soul toward awaking to a conscious understanding of humanity's divine heritage and true calling. The exercises in this work provide a training that ennobles and refines the qualities of the human soul. By awaking, the soul gradually learns to respond to the call of the World Soul that invites us to partake of divine wisdom and to participate, through right action, in creation's unfolding toward the ultimate goal: resurrection.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Karma is a law of cause and effect. You moved the gold from one safe into another and you will be moved from one house to another. Attendants will be also appointed to keep you, and when you go out, rings may be put on your arms and legs. The karmic law originated with the coming of humans out of God. And the action or manifestation of that law begins with the polarization of people, i.e. with the appearance of both sexes, the two poles in the world. Polarization implies splitting of the human mind into positive and negative, ascending and descending, or in a higher words level - consciousness of Love and consciousness of Wisdom. These are the two poles in man. There are two laws: one of them is the law of karma, or the law of cause and effect. You bear sufferings necessarily. The second law is a law of freedom. The law of karma does not recognize any right, any culture, any happiness, any love. "Who applies that law?" You apply it every day, but it is applied on you, too. You catch a hen, touch it here and there to make sure that it is fattened and you put the knife on its neck. It is quacking, praying, but you do not hear it. You think of the good meal that you will cook. There is no law that can protect the hen. There is no a judge, who to give the right to it. Do you think that if you kill the chicken, you will be happy? From that moment your sufferings begin, i.e. your karma. You might say that it is written, that God allows people to eat meat. This is a human interpretation. There is a difference between what is written and said by God. God said only dead branches of trees to be cut, and people allowed themselves to cut also the live branches, as well as entire forests. Furthermore, if you uproot a dry tree, you are to plant a new, young tree. Karma is created when people do not live in accordance with the Divine laws. They deviate from the right path and walk along a curve wavy line, called "path of astral serpent". One, who thinks he can outwit the law of karma, is wrong. For such people it can be used the Bulgarian proverb: "A sly fox falls into the trap by both legs." One must not play with karma. Why? Karma is a creditor. It does not allow any delay even with half a day. It does not forgive anything: you will pay the exact sum even with the interest. Therefore, karma does not excuse even the interest. The karmic law is drastic. It excuses only when everything is paid off.

Book excerpt: In our first book, we shed some light on subjects that presently affect societies around the world, such as politics, education, the economy, art, the role of women, and so on. We didnt talk about ourselves. In this book, we want to touch your heart and take you on our personal journeys, our souls journeys, as we reached a point in life when we questioned the purpose of our existence . . . when we felt there had to be more than merely eating, sleeping, working, raising a family, and acquiring possessions. Of course, all of these are important, but a part of us remained dissatisfied, thirsty and ready to explore other realms of our being. So we each embarked on a quest leading up the mountain of our soul and spirit. Our paths towards the summit are all different, yet we share an element we came to recognize as essentialwhen climbing a mountain, a well-trained guide is life-saving. In our stories, we each meet such a spiritual guide, a master mountaineer able to show us the way toward the spiritual summits: Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov. Discover how his self-mastery and the many methods he suggested influenced us. Discover the direction we have taken as a result and how we keep climbing! Join us in the awakenings to new heights of consciousness! The spirit is above everything else, and when you succeed in becoming one with it, in identifying with it, you receive strength, peace of mind, illumination (Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov).
