We have, however, been so fortunate as to recompense them for the delay, by introducing to their perusal one of the most consistent, intelligent, and interesting Accounts, that have yet appeared of a Voyage which has excited so great a degree of Public Interest. In making this observation, we have, however, no intention to depreciate the Classical Production of Captain Parry, or the accurate and modest Journal of Mr. Fisher, whose works would have sufficed to record the Incidents of this Voyage, if it had not been our duty, as Journalists in this branch of Literature, to submit the best account which we are able to obtain.
