Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is the first book in the LET'S GO FLY series of six picture books that follows the aviation adventures of a boy and his Grandpa. For children aged two and older, the series tells the adventures of Billy and Grandpa in an airplane, a helicopter, a glider, a hot air balloon, a seaplane, and a twin-engine airplane. Grandpa is the pilot, and he explains the art of flying to Billy, and he often gives his grandson copilot duties. They are joined by a colorful cartoon bird named Loop Skyhopper who acts as a guide, helps with explaining the details of each story, and adds to the fun from a bird's point of view. Each story is told in twenty-two colorful panels that will spark the curiosity and imagination of eager young pilots. Every adventure is available individually, or the entire series can be obtained in a single edition.LET'S GO FLY AN AIRPLANE is the first book in the adventure series. It follows Billy and Grandpa as they inspect the airplane together. Billy discovers wonderful things like wings, a propeller, a rudder, and all kinds of gages and radios. After the thrill of lift off, Billy discovers the fun of seeing his town from the air. Later they see fishermen on the river, and then fly in circles over Billy's house where his Mom waves to them from below. When their flight is over, Grandpa a Billy share a soda together and talk about their flying fun and the best part of the trip. LET'S GO FLY A HELICOPTER is the second book in the series. Upon lift off, Grandpa and Billy stand still in a hover, and then Grandpa shows him how to fly forward, backward, sideways, and spin in circles. Later, they fly low over the trees and town, and then Grandpa takes them to Billy's home where his Mom waves to them as they hover outside.LET'S GO FLY A GLIDER is the third book in the series. Billy discovers that gliders have very long wings to help them stay in the air longer. After they reach the proper altitude, Grandpa and Billy release from the tow plane, and soon encounter strong lift that carries them so high they soar with a falcon and another sailplane. And they go even higher where they find cool air and see the dark blue color of the sky at high altitude. LET'S GO FLY A BALLOON is the fourth book in the series. Billy gets to go inside the balloon while he and Grandpa join the ground crew in filling the balloon and preparing it for launch. Drifting along with the wind, Billy chats with a boy on the ground, and he is thrilled when they drop down to a few inches above the surface of a lake. Later, he is excited when he spots a herd of deer scampering into the woods. There is more fun when they coast over a river bridge, and he is thrilled when they climb to a dizzying height above the clouds.LET'S GO FLY A SEAPLANE is the fifth book in the series. Billy and Grandpa inspect a floatplane from the dock of a seaplane base. With the windows open they scoot across the water in an exciting launch. Once airborne, the explorers decide to land on a river, where they see men fishing from the pontoons of another seaplane. The river is a tight spot for their next takeoff, so Grandpa lifts off on one float for a quicker takeoff, and then he steers them under a bridge on the rousing climb out.LET'S GO FLY A TWIN is the sixth book in the series. Grandpa is planning to use a twin-engine airplane for a business trip and invites Billy to come, too. Billy learns the speedy twin has retractable landing gear, and computerized flight instruments. On their way to the next town, Billy combines sightseeing with his copilot duties. He admires the clouds as they fly high over them for better speed, and he sees a train crossing a trestle far below them. It looks like a toy train.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Simplicity is a secret place, located in another dimension, which is parallel to our own world. Its just one of many places that exist in the spirit world. Its known only to the select few who have been tricked and abducted from this world and taken there. Thats in the belief that they had just won a free shopping trip to the Mall in Minnesota. Unknown to them, it is far more than that. The Mall is really not in Minnesota, but somewhere else in that other dimension. Both very good and bad people are taken there. Some of the really bad ones are imprisoned in that strange mall. They are finally brought to justice in some very creative and appropriate ways. Most are transported from there to a strangely quaint little river town called Simplicity. Those people have all been taken there for very specific reasons. Some find a little piece of heaven there. A few others find themselves trapped in what, for them, is their own personal hell. There is no escape and no plea bargaining. Train visitors are recruited there to serve a vital cause, once they return home. That is the cause of freedom and liberty back in America. That can only be achieved through well-organized civil disobedience and, perhaps, armed rebellion. A very creative new way has been found to actually make that work. Its a way that big government control freaks are not prepared to deal with. Simplicity is actually the planning and control center for that operation. Its permanent residents are all freedom lovers eager to serve in that cause. All have lived out their previous lives in America. They had earned their reward here in Simplicity where they live on. However, they are all deceased back in America. They can never go back. They can, though, have a tremendous impact and influence on those who are abducted from America to their spirit world. Thats where the abducted train visitors are actually shown that there really is a spirit world. They can actually meet their dead friends, relatives, and acquaintances. They learn that life really does go on. They also learn that America is forever doomedunless the new plan can be made to work. Thats when they get recruited. They are all promised that their next life will be lived in Simplicity as a reward for their efforts back home. What greater proof and incentive could there ever be? Those residents of Simplicity have all passed their final exams and have been promoted to a higher level of existence. If you cant believe them, who can you believe? Now educated and informed, the train visitors return back home, with newfound courage and a tremendous desire to do the right thing. That is because seeing is believing. Those chosen ones had been granted a rare privilege. They actually enter into the spirit world while they are still living in this world. There, they get a real shock: their proof of immortality! They actually meet the dead who had summoned them. That must be done in a very careful way, so as not to cause heart attacks or fainting spells. Before they are sent back, they are all given two special gifts, completely unattainable in their world. If they ever doubt the experience, those two items will convince them otherwise. One is a large medallion made of a strange material unknown on earth. It says, simply, I was there. The second mystery item is an unbreakable pocket mirror in a leather case. Removed from the case, the mirror emits an eerie glow. Printed below the mirror are the words, I cannot do everything, but I can do something. That which I can do, I ought to do. I will not fail. Most importantly, the train visitors are recruited into the most secret of all organizations. Its purpose is to restore freedom to America by any means necessary. That is the real secret of Simplicity. Among them is a young man named Joe Quin. He has been tricked into going there, like all the others, but for a different purpose. Joe is a person of spec

Book excerpt: When her two traveling companions cancel their plans to visit India, Sofia Nejinskaya, a Russian American designer in her forties, still makes the trip from her home in Miami. When Sofia meets the handsome Italian Alessandro Salvucci-an opportunistic Italian journalist and successful businessman with a time-tested set of tools for seduction-at the resort's yoga class, he seems in tune with her "perfect match" list for the ideal man. Despite their differing geographical locations, they begin a committed relationship, exchanging numerous e-mails and text messages and visiting one another regularly. But Alessandro's roving Italian eyes, thoughtlessness, and insecurities threaten their love. The relationship is also rocked by their spiritual differences: she is Christian, and he belongs to the Cult of White Brotherhood. Nevertheless, surprised by all the mystical coincidences that show they have much in common, Sofia believes in their love and life together, hoping to overcome Alessandro's spiritual delusions and fallacies about relationships with women. But their marriage is not yet the "happily ever after" ending she imagined. www.amoremiobello.com. "Betta Stone demonstrates in her book Amoremiobello that when it comes to love-and fiction-actions speak louder than beautiful Italian words. Amoremiobello, a password to the e-mail, means "my amazing love," and Stone stays true to Alessandro's character, incorporating Italian into the story and including Italian-to-English translations as footnotes." -Blueink Review "The novel is a suggestion of the karmic wheel on which vital questions of trust and fidelity revolve." -Kirkus Review
