Anschließend wird eine Diskussion hinsichtlich der Einflussfaktoren auf die Motivation von SuS auf der Grundlage der Erkenntnisse der Metastudie von J. Hattie (2009) geführt und praktische Ansätze gesucht, die dann im abschließenden Kapitel mit einem Fazit abgerundet werden. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema Schule erreichen uns täglich neue Pressenachrichten und auch der Bundeselternrat schlägt Alarm. Es wird diskutiert über Lehrermangel, Digitalisierung im Unterricht, die nicht vorangeht, Schülerinnen und Schüler (SuS), die durch die Coronapandemie den Anschluss verloren haben, Eltern die als Nachhilfelehrer fungieren und dass Unterricht nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist, weil er die SuS nicht angemessen auf die Herausforderungen der Zukunft vorbereitet. Zahlreiche Bildungsforscher:innen haben sich mit unterschiedlichster Fokussierung auf die Reise begeben den "Stein der Weisen" hinsichtlich guter Unterrichtsqualität und zukunftsorientierter Pädagogik im Kontext mit Bildungsinstitutionen zu finden und postulierten die Wichtigkeit des Lehrpersonals für gelingende Lernsituationen und damit den Lernerfolg der SuS. Aus diesem Spektrum wird in dieser Hausarbeit ein kleiner Ausschnitt vorgestellt. Zukunftsängste und daraus entstehende Fragen "wie es weitergehen soll" begleiten sowohl Eltern, die SuS selbst und Lehrkräfte an allgemeinen und berufsbildenden Schulen. An dieser Stelle ist die Wissenschaft gefragt um Fragestellungen systematisch und fundiert nachzugehen, Ergebnisse zu präsentieren und daraus Strategien und Ideen zur Umsetzung abzuleiten, die den Praktikern im Alltag Unterstützung bieten und dabei helfen, aktuelle und zukünftige Herausforderungen zu meistern. Der Faktor ‚Mensch‘ ist ein spannender und gleichzeitig auch unberechenbarer Forschungsgegenstand, denn Einstellungen, Haltungen, Wertvorstellungen und das tatsächliche Handeln unterliegen einem Wandel, der sowohl durch gesellschaftlich-politische Faktoren als auch die persönliche Lebenssituation des Individuums bedingt wird.

Retest reliability is rtt = .94 for the total score and ranges from rtt = .71 to rtt = .89 for single scales.
