Pour ce faire, cette recherche tente de répondre à la question: "Quels éléments doit comporter l'accueil pour construire un partenariat avec l'enfant handicapé et sa famille lors d'une hospitalisation programmée ou urgente, dans un service de pédiatrie?" J'ai voulu porter un regard réflexif sur la posture professionnelle durant l'accueil d'un enfant handicapé afin de retirer les besoins des familles et des soignants favorisant un partenariat. Par conséquent, j'ai conduit des entretiens semi dirigés auprès de parents et de professionnels provenant d'hôpitaux et d'associations. Suite au résultat de ma recherche, j'ai élaboré un outil permettant d'anticiper les actions professionnelles dans la prise en charge de l'enfant handicapé. De plus, j'ai mené quelques pistes de réflexion afin de permettre une amélioration de l'accueil de l'enfant handicapé et ses parents.
