Des auteurs tels que Galand (2011) ainsi que Tardif et Curchod-Ruedi (2011) mentionnent que le climat à l'école et les approches pédagogiques employées par les enseignants ont un grand impact sur le mieux-être des élèves. Il nous semblent donc que la TAD pour enrichir la pédagogie en milieu scolaire dans lequel les enfants passent une grande partie de leur vie. Cette étude tente de démontrer que le cours de musique peut représenter un lieu de prédilection pour répondre aux besoins affectifs et pour favoriser les apprentissages dans ce domaine, car il peut offrir de nombreuses occasions de collaboration, d'échange et d'écoute et peut contribuer au sentiment d'appartenance. Notre étude s'interroge à savoir s'il est possible de prendre en considération la TAD pour l'enseignement de la musique au primaire. Est-ce qu'un scénario d'apprentissage à moyen terme, axé sur les composantes de la TAD, affectera le mieux-être des élèves ? Quelles actions peuvent faire en sorte que le cours de musique au primairecontribue au mieux-être de l'enfant."--Sommaire.
