Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Author truly believes that the dog is God's most perfect creation, and it shows by the unconditional love dog shows for man. This trait is not shown by any other creature and only shown in the relationship dog has with man, and is a gift from God to man. God is the only other that shows this unconditional love towards man, so the Author feels the dog is very special in God's eyes, even the name "Dog" is a reflection of the name "God". This book will touch on all your emotions, happiness, sadness, anger and in the final chapter this Author's vision of why dogs go to heaven, you will feel the unconditional love given to man only from God and Dog. We all have heard the Gospel stories of Jesus, but the Author tastefully injected a loving companion dog into some of these beautiful stories. He knew some might take offense with him messing with the Gospels, but he is a man of great faith as well as a dog parent, and he takes great pain in writing this book so as to not change the Gospel's real meaning. The best way to see if this book is for you is to hit the look inside button, and you will be able to read the full chapter before you buy. There are a few purely fictional chapters that were added, but they are respectfully written and take nothing from the scriptures.

The story, which takes place in Nazareth, is about the love that Boy Jesus and his dog, Angel, share with each other in a time when most dogs were wild and unfamiliar with the human-dog bond we have today. Boy Jesus, sometimes guided by his Heavenly Father, gradually develops a relationship with Angel that is spiritually moving and shows how boy and dog are prepared to sacrifice their lives for each other. Dog lovers, who have loving relationship with their pets, will be especially touched by the unconditional love between Boy Jesus and His Dog.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a book about the journey of Caleb, an English talking dog, and his mom who travel to the Philippines and around the United States and England. Book two is for children ages twelve and upwards until death takes us hopefully home to heaven. The theme of this book is based on Hosea 4:6. It is about the good and bad attitudes and practices of varying people and their cultures. It will address the dangers of playing around with sorcery and magic and witchcraft in so-called harmless readings and movies, which are dangerous and dead against the Holy Bibles teaching. God does not approve of such activities! It does not please God for people to indulge in certain such practices. This book will try to explain why it is so important to preserve the moral values and ethics of previous generations and train up our children in the way they should be raised (Prov. 22:6) in order to have good moral values and ethics and, therefore, how to have better wisdom and happier lives. Some people are very nice and try to please God, but they are simply ignorant of such topics. By following after the teachings and footsteps of Jesus Christ and some of the Old Testament in the Bible, you can be taught how to achieve the wisdom to do the above to the best of your ability. It takes a lot of courage to be a good Christian. It is better to be a good Christian than to be politically correct. Jesus believed that in his day, and it is still true for any generation. We are to be in the world and not of the world. We are supposed to pay our bills and follow the laws of our country. We are to teach our children correct morals in the world. When we put money, fame, material things, friendships, or anything ahead of God Almighty, that is of the world and is a form of idolatry. Thou shall have no other gods before me (Ex. 20:3). The Caleb is an example of how a good Christian tries to be. Most children and a lot of adults love dogs. Dogs can be wonderful. Why not learn from a good Christian dog?

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: For almost two thousand years, there have been countless books written about our Lord; books by the authors of the four Gospels and the early church fathers, which tell of his words, his actions, and his miracles; books which tell of how he changed the lives of the authors and how he continues to change lives of their readers; and books which build on what he said and did called historical novels. I guess that this little short story is one of those. What If Jesus Did Have a Dog? One night, when I couldn't sleep, a very strange thought came to me. For some reason, I began to wonder, whether or not, Jesus may have had a dog. I've had a number of wonderful dogs in my life, and I can't think of a better pet, or a more loving friend. I once saw a comment written on a wall that said, "God spelled backwards is still your best friend." Dogs, like God himself, love unconditionally. And like God, they are always ready to forgive us. Even many centuries ago, dogs were held in great esteem by many people. The wealthy and powerful kept dogs mostly for protection, but ordinary people believed that dogs could be wonderful helpers and companions, as well as dear friends. This is a story about the birth of Jesus and the dog that he may have had.

This book was released on 2023-08-24 with total page 323 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Race is a result of God’s design and not of sin. God loves diversity and sought it. Race biases are normal and come as a result of likes and dislikes; love of “the other” is to be learned. In this book, Bible stories and principles are combined with four intercultural communication skills to help develop love of the other. This book builds on what Sherwood Lingenfelter and Marvin K. Mayers developed for understanding cultural values and diversity of likes and dislikes. Those differences are normal. The problem comes from excluding the other. This book explores a step-wise approach to developing the love of the other. How the person, the leader, and the church see diversity defines the church’s outreach, mission, and gospel fulfillment. Author’s Own Words Book Description The Power of Love book explains how emotions and feelings were part of God’s creation design from before sin entered this world. While departing from cognitive neuropsychology and the latest learning from science this seminar furthers the idea that race relations are not to be understood by sociology and science but by Bible and Christian beliefs. If you want to learn a non-CRT (critical race theory) approach to race relations while risking being, again, convicted of the need to reach out to the other in gospel love—enter into dialogue—with the author by reading his book and let us pray together. If you want to keep it safe and your intercultural relationships as they are—in a tongue in cheek way the author advices to—stay away from this book!

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: With this memoir doubling as an exercise in theological reflection, Mark Lloyd Taylor invites readers to explore the work and play of a year of preaching. A turbulent and supersaturated year of life in the world, featuring parish departures and resilience, a housing crisis in neighborhood and city, the inauguration of Donald Trump as president with attendant social/political/economic issues. ISIS, Iraq, and Syria. Displaced people at the southern border. Sexual violence against women. Race in America. Feminist, womanist, and process theologies propel Taylor’s twelve sermons across the 2016–17 church year (Lectionary Year A). But at its most imaginative, the adult work of preaching becomes child’s play. Sermons carried by verbal and visual and tactile images. Walking makes the way. Straying beyond fences of hatred and staying beyond. A broken porcelain bowl mended with gold. A seven-foot-tall assemblage of kimchi pots no longer buried by fear. An icon of the great faith of the Canaanite woman, great enough to convert Jesus. Every single one of us a little baby Sophia, living and moving and having our being in the universal womb of God, our mother. All to fill corners and empty spaces in our imaginations.
