A descendant, Burwell Jackson (1783-1810), married Nancy Thompson in 1803 in Mecklenburg Co., VA and then migrated to Kentucky with his brothers, Leroy and John. Another brother, Francis Jackson, resided at the family seat. Several generations of descendants are given.
