Es gibt einerseits Menschen, die in ein fremdes Land ausgewandert sind, jedoch meistens in Sprache, Gewohnheiten und in ihrem Selbstverständnis dem Heimatland verhaftet bleiben und den Traum pflegen, eines Tages zu ihrem Heimatland zurück zu kehren, auch wenn dies in den meisten Fällen ziemlich unrealistisch erscheint. Dem stehen die Alteingesessenen ge-genüber. Auch wenn die Zuwanderer ihnen manche wirtschaftlichen Vorteile verschaffen, bereitet ihnen deren Menge das Gefühl des Fremdwerdens in der einst vertrauten Welt. Das größte Problem haben allerdings die sich zwischen beiden Polen befindenden Menschen. Diese sind von beiden Seiten geprägt und fühlen sich zu keiner voll zugehörig. Sie stammen aus dem Ausland, sind aber im neuen Land aufgewachsen und beherrschen dessen Sprache meist besser als die Eltern. Bei den Problemen, die aufgrund der Migration zwischen verschiedenen Bevölkerungsgrup-pen entstehen, handelt es sich um gesellschaftliche Probleme, die gesellschaftliche Lösungen verlangen, z.B. im Bereich von Schulwesen, Kommunalpolitik und Sozialfürsorge. Dabei geht es allerdings immer auch um individuelle und somit auch innere Schwierigkeiten und Konflikte. Dazu zählen u.a. psychische und soziale Störungen, die entsprechender psychothe-rapeutischer und sozialtherapeutischer Hilfe bedürfen. Hierbei handelt es sich um Behand-lungsformen, die in besonderer Weise von der jeweiligen Kultur her bestimmt ist. Es wäre also unangemessen Menschen, die einer anderen Kultur entstammen, in das geläufige Schema „unserer“ psychotherapeutischen Methoden zu zwängen. Zusammenfassend könnte man sagen: Es finden sich in Mitteleuropa immer mehr multikultu-rell bedingte Probleme, für die nicht nur politische, sondern auch fachliche Lösungen gefun-den werden müssen. Dabei ist eine menschen- und somit auch kulturgerechte Versorgung von Migranten mit einer notwendigen und trainierbaren Sensibilisierung der Fachleute von großer Bedeutung. In dieser Hausarbeit möchten wir nun konkret auf die Entstehung, Behandlung und Lösung solcher Probleme durch spezifische Beratung der Migranten eingehen. Zunächst klären wir einige Begriffe die uns für dieses Thema als wichtig erscheinen, an-schließend gehen wir auf die psychosozialen Probleme der Betroffenen ein, bevor wir uns näher mit den sozialen Einrichtungen sowie der Beratung der Zielgruppe beschäftigen. Abschließend informieren wir über spezielle Beratungsstellen für Menschen mit Migrations-hintergrund in Düsseldorf
