El edificio en si se basa en una bota de vino viva, que poseía una capacidad de 60000 litros aproximadamente. En la actualidad, se utiliza como un comedor íntimo de dos plantas. Con el paso de los años los propietarios del restaurante han ido haciendo modificaciones estructurales hasta llegar a la estructura que posee actualmente, manteniendo un ambiente rústico y familiar. En el presente proyecto, se realiza el cálculo y el dimensionamiento de las instalaciones eléctrica, climatización, energía solar térmica para ACS además del dimensionamiento de los elementos propios de instalaciones contra incendios. El objetivo es adquirir conocimientos en cuanto a normativas vigentes y funcionamiento de las instalaciones, teniendo en cuenta todos los factores que intervienen en su ejecución. En la instalación de protección contra incendios se determina el comportamiento ante el fuego que han de tener las diferentes partes de un edificio, los medios de evacuación y los elementos necesarios que debe tener en local en cuestión, en caso de incendio. En la instalación de climatización se tienen en cuenta los diferentes factores que determinan las cargas térmicas del edificio para conseguir una climatización eficientes en las zonas abiertas al público. En cuanto a la instalación de energía solar térmica para ACS se realiza el estudio de la demanda energética del edificio, y a posteriori se determinan los elementos que componen la captación y acumulación de agua caliente. La instalación eléctrica se realiza a partir de la línea de enlace con el suministro de compañía. Se tienen en cuenta los diferentes elementos de distribución, así como los componentes de protección para las personas, las líneas y los elementos receptores.
