La importancia de ello motivó el desarrollo de esta investigación, donde se utilizó un inventario para medir el clima organizacional,aplicado ala población de la empresaCatering Gourmet de Durango,México en el 2012,esto permitió conocer la percepción de los empleados en cuanto al clima que existe en la organización haciendo énfasis en el liderazgo.El tipo de estudio que se realizó fue cuantitativo. Los objetivos del estudio: conocer el clima organizacional que perciben los empleados, determinar la influencia que ejerce el liderazgo en el resto de los factores del clima organizacional y generar recomendaciones sobre el liderazgo,elresultados más relevante esla fuerte relación encontrada entre el liderazgo y el resto de los componentes del clima organizacional.English Abstract: For the SMEs (small and medium enterprises), it is necessary to know how workers perceive their environment, with the goal to improve their administration and avoid facing problems that may make them vulnerable. The PYMES are the motor of Mexico's economy, and their productivity depends on their personnel. The importance of this motivated the development of an investigation where inventory was used to measure the organizational climate, applied to the company's Catering Gourmet of Durango, Mexico population. This permitted us to learn the worker's perception of the environment that exists in the organization. The study was quantitative. The objectives of the study were: to learn the organizational climate that workers perceived, determine the influence that leadership practices in the rest of the organizational climate factors; and generate recommendations about leadership. The most relevant result was the strong relationship between leadership and other components of organizational climate.

Book excerpt: La satisfacción laboral además de ser una variable ampliamente investigada, es una variable que tiene impactos significativos en el desempeño laboral, la intención de rotación, el bienestar en el trabajo y la rotación laboral. Considerando la importancia de esta variable, se realizó una investigación a fin de determinar ¿qué efecto tiene el clima y la justicia organizacional en la satisfacción laboral?. La hipótesis de trabajo sometida a escrutinio en esta investigación giró en torno de identificar asociaciones significativas positivas entre el clima y la justicia organizacional con la satisfacción laboral, esperando que la percepción de un clima y justicia organizacional favorable esté asociada a mayores niveles de satisfacción laboral. Los instrumentos de medición se aplicaron a una muestra de 307 profesores de instituciones de educación superior. Los resultados indican que la justicia distributiva y la justicia de procedimientos presentan asociaciones positivas y significativas con diversas dimensiones de la satisfacción laboral, en cambio la justicia interaccional mostró asociaciones negativas con la satisfacción laboral. Por su parte, los factores de clima organizacional que mostraron diferencias significativas con la satisfacción laboral fueron liderazgo, beneficios y recompensas, autonomía, unión, relaciones sociales y apoyo entre compañeros.In this study, we analyze the effect of climate and organizational justice on job satisfaction? We identify significant positive associations between climate, organizational justice and job satisfaction. We Hypothesize that perceptions of a favorable climate and organizational justice is positively related to higher levels of job satisfaction. 307 college professors participate in this study. The results indicate that distributive and procedural justice have significant positive associations with various factors of job satisfaction. On the other hand, interactional justice showed negative associations with job satisfaction. Climate factors such leadership, benefits and rewards, autonomy, unity (cohesion), relationships and peer support have significant differences with job satisfaction.

Para realizar el análisis, se utilizó el Modelo de Agresión General (GAM) de Anderson y Bushman. Para la prueba de las hipótesis se realizó análisis de regresión múltiple. Los resultados de este estudio sugieren que la supervisión abusiva y un clima de agresión en el trabajo tienen un efecto directo en la intención de participar en agresiones en el trabajo en comparación a la supervisión positiva y un clima organizacional no agresivo. El presente estudio provee apoyo empírico para la hipótesis de investigación, de cómo las provocaciones de los supervisores y las señales agresivas en la empresa tienen un efecto directo en participar en las agresiones. Las implicaciones prácticas de los resultados son sujetas a discusión. Las futuras investigaciones podrán analizar el uso de otros escenarios para manipular la percepción de los abusos en la supervisión. Otras investigaciones pueden realizarse en diferentes tiempos y otro tipo de industrias y poder replicar el presente estudio. Son presentadas para este propósito las limitaciones del presente estudio.
