There should be measures that will ensure that all recruitment and retention practices adhere to the standards and policies of the company. The organization should also ensure that performance appraisal is taken seriously and policy standards rigorously adhered to because this study has established that there is a clear and strong relation between its performance and the attention given to performance management and employee appraisal.
