Book excerpt: CERTAINS UTILISATEURS D'IMPLANT COCHLEAIRE, MEME MULTI-ELECTRODES, N'ONT UNE COMPREHENSION DE LA PAROLE, QU'AVEC L'AIDE DE LA LECTURE LABIALE, ALORS QU'A L'EVIDENCE ILS POSSEDENT DE BONNES CAPACITES COGNITIVES. LE PROBLEME RELEVE ALORS ESSENTIELLEMENT D'UNE INADEQUATION ENTRE LE TRAITEMENT DU SIGNAL DE PAROLE ET LES CAPACITES RESIDUELLES DE CODAGE ET DE TRANSMISSION DU NERF AUDITIF. POUR CES PATIENTS, NOUS PROPOSONS D'EFFECTUER UN CODAGE DE L'INFORMATION PHONETIQUE DE LA PAROLE, AU LIEU D'UN TRAITEMENT ACOUSTIQUE DU SIGNAL SONORE. APRES UNE PRESENTATION GENERALE DES IMPLANTS COCHLEAIRES ET DE LEURS AMELIORATIONS ENVISAGEES ACTUELLEMENT, LA DEMARCHE DU CHOIX D'UN CODAGE PHONEMIQUE DE LA PAROLE EST EXPOSEE. LA METHODE ENVISAGEE TRANSFORME LE SIGNAL CONTINU DE LA PAROLE EN SERIES DE SIGNAUX ELECTRIQUES DISCRETS DE STIMULATION, DITS MOTIFS. CHAQUE MOTIF REPRESENTE UN PHONEME DE LA LANGUE FRANCAISE. L'AUTEUR RAPPORTE ENSUITE LES DONNEES BIBLIOGRAPHIQUES SUR LES CONTRAINTES NEUROPHYSIOLOGIQUES GENERALES DE LA STIMULATION ELECTRO-COCHLEAIRE, PUIS LES DIMENSIONS PSYCHOMETRIQUES DISPONIBLES POUR EFFECTUER LE CODAGE PHONETIQUE CHEZ UN UTILISATEUR D'IMPLANT COCHLEAIRE VOLONTAIRE POUR PARTICIPER A CETTE ETUDE. ENFIN L'AUTEUR EXPOSE LES ESSAIS D'UN SYSTEME DE SYNTHESE PHONEMIQUE DE LA PAROLE. LES RESULTATS MONTRENT QUE CET UTILISATEUR D'IMPLANT COCHLEAIRE A PU, PAR L'APPRENTISSAGE, ATTRIBUER UNE VALEUR PHONETIQUE AUX MOTIFS, SUR DES MOTS PUIS DES PHRASES.

This book was released on 2000 with total page 218 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Download or read book Rééducation de la boucle audio-phonatoire written by Malika Dupont and published by Elsevier Masson. This book was released on 2012-01-30 with total page 244 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Synopsis Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences Update by : Iwao Honjō
Download or read book Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences Update written by Iwao Honjō and published by S. Karger AG (Switzerland). This book was released on 1997 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: With a total of more than 10,000 operated patients worldwide, the implantation of cochlear devices has become the most effective technique in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with sensorineural hearing loss. The number of cochlear implant users, notably in Asian countries, is expected to grow significantly within the next few years. For this reason, more than 250 of the most experienced clinicians and researchers from 22 different countries gathered in Kyoto convey the latest knowledge on every aspect of this forward-looking discipline. The topics discussed in this volume range from basic sciences, anatomy and pathology to coding strategies, surgical techniques as well as pre- and postoperative complications. In a special section, the reader will find inspiring contributions on pediatric cochlear implantation. Particular emphasis is put on the comparison and evaluation of the various devices and on how different languages influence the performance of these implants. This publication will be an important source of information for anybody who is involved in the field of cochlear implantation.
Book Synopsis Implant cochléaire et examen orthophonique by : Florence Grand
Download or read book Implant cochléaire et examen orthophonique written by Florence Grand and published by . This book was released on 2010 with total page 188 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
This book was released on 2007 with total page 430 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
