Il lavoro sostenibile potrebbe dunque svolgere un ruolo cruciale nel mercato del lavoro, andando a collegare differenti politiche in un’agenda globale, con un obiettivo a lungo termine: quello di adeguare il lavoro al lavoratore, in modo che rimanga in salute e attivo quanto più a lungo possibile. Un percorso che andrebbe però accompagnato dall’impegno delle imprese di assorbire e praticare la cultura della sostenibilità: attraverso cioè la creazione di valore economico socialmente e ambientalmente sostenibile, le imprese potranno contribuire all’affermarsi di un modello di sviluppo sostenibile, basato sui concetti di equità inter e intra-generazionale.

By means of a market analysis of ppps in Italy and thanks to requests coming from discussions with practitioners and sector experts, the text concludes by showing how classical ppps models have to evolve to guarantee flexibility and to promote constructive dialogue between public entities and the private sector with the goal of identifying new financial and design metrics and new ways of putting them into practice.
