Si parte da una nuova veste grafica, una numerazione per ogni paragrafo che ne facilita l’identificazione, la lettura e la ricerca, l’eliminazione di ogni riferimento ad interferenze di tipo fiscale ed un generale adattamento alle norme in vigore, Una revisione ormai urgente e necessaria! I vari documenti sono stati suddivisi in sezioni suddivise in via generale per finalità e scopo del documento; ambito di applicazione; definizioni; principi di classificazione e contenuto delle voci; principi di rilevazione; principi di valutazione; informativa da includere in nota integrativa o relazione sulla gestione. La revisione operata da OIC rende i principi nazionali un po’ più vicini a quelli internazionali, pur nella interpretazione e rispetto delle nostre norme civilistiche che restano tali e costituiscono la cornice quadro in cui tutto il resto si muove. La revisione ha effetto sul bilancio, sulla nota integrativa e, se del caso sulla relazione sulla gestione ed essendo applicabili con la fine di questo esercizio vanno conosciuti e valutati per tempo gli effetti relativi.
