Book excerpt: A Survivor's true life Story In the late '90s and early 2000s, societal shifts prompted transformations in marriages, with many facing the challenges of "dysfunctional" relationships. Even iconic figures, including Grammy award-winners, dealt with emotional turmoil in their unions. Radhe, a hopeful wife, endured 15 years of struggles, believing love could change her cruel husband, Cruz. Eventually, she found the strength to break free from verbal, emotional, and physical abuse, embarking on a journey to create a better life for her three children—Samuel, Adel, and Maya. As her children became pillars of support, particularly Samuel guiding decisions, Radhe's resilience became a testament to overcoming adversities and discovering the transformative power of love. The narrative unfolds into a tale of hope and redemption, exploring undisclosed secrets from Radhe's past and unexpected twists as she and her children shape their destinies. Dive into Radhe's compelling journey, where each page reveals layers of resilience and the indomitable spirit of a woman determined to redefine her narrative in the face of life's hardships.

Book excerpt: Writing a book about the negative aspects of your life is not easy. It takes a lot of thought and emotional effort to relive circumstances that you have tried to shut out. We are living in a cultural war where the family is the target. Hopefully, The Ex-Wife From Hell will motivate you to keep your marriage in place, or if you are single, do not allow the war to keep you single. I hope that my story will inspire all of us to be responsible and change the culture we are living in.

Book excerpt: My Journey: A Pathway to Recovery By: Oliver W. Joyner My Journey: A Pathway to Recovery invites the reader to journey with the author into a path of honesty, self-examination, and reflection. The purpose is to enable the reader to mirror themselves through the writer’s personal experiences and realizing that there is a path out of the darkness of abuse, neglect, and addiction that leads to God’s marvelous light of life and love. Transparency is what makes the story interesting. Throughout the land, men, women, boys, girls, young, old, rich, poor, white, and black are silently suffering from the pains, hurts, and disappointments that they constantly have. For so many, the thought of this only happening to them, continues to keep them confined to a spiritual, mental, and physical imprisonment. It is the author’s hope that his story in its transparency grants the reader permission to unlock the secret doors of their suffering.

Book excerpt: This book, strongly grounded in primary sources, makes an important contribution to the intellectual history of early modern Bengal. It brings to light the complex interpenetration of diverse interests, opinions, and ideologies articulated by various social groups implicated in the process of colonization on the lines of Ranajit Guha's work on property relations in Bengal and Radhika Singha's work on law. There is no comparable work specifically on the subject of Hindu property rights and how these came to be perceived or interpreted in early modern Bengal. The author explores the so-called compendia prepared under British auspices and argues that there was hardly any link between the Smritis and the laws. The latter were determined almost entirely by changing British policy with regard to land revenue and that many of the positive features of Hindu custom like women's rights to property were undermined in the process.

Book excerpt: "How did I end up helping my wife cuckold me?" John asked himself. John thought he'd grabbed the brass ring by marrying Tonya, a knockout seemingly out of his league. Or so he thought until she revealed that he'd never satisfied her sexually. He was faced with a desperate choice: let her be unhappy, lose her, or ... become a knowing cuckold. His fateful choice led him down the rabbit hole to increasing domination by his awakened bride, participation in his own cuckolding, feminization--and what else? Once started down that road, who knows where it will lead? The Husband to Feminized Cuckold Saga is a series of five books that take John ever deeper into his cuckold journey. John tells in his own words how a seemingly normal man descends a slippery slope by imperceptible degrees, discovering thoughts, urges, and impulses he never would have guessed. John's narrative reveals insights into the cuckold's psychology, tortures, and delights.Content warning: This work contains sexually explicit language and scenes. It is intended for mature adults who are not offended by themes of marital infidelity, female domination, humiliation, cross-dressing, cross-gender behavior, group sex, bisexual behavior, urolagnia, and anal sexuality.
