This recommendation was approved by the State Board of Centennial Managers, and the Centennial Committee of the Ohio Teachers' Association was entrusted with the preparation and publication of the proposed volume. At a meeting of this Committee, held in the office of the State Commissioner of Common Schools, October 1st and 2d, 1875, E. E. White, of Columbus, and Thos. W.
