Además, la falta de sueño también puede afectar la forma en que nuestro cuerpo metaboliza los alimentos. Cuando dormimos poco, a nuestro cuerpo le cuesta más quemar calorías y almacena más grasa. Esto puede provocar aumento de peso y obesidad.
