Tra gli ulteriori provvedimenti analizzati, è stata dedicata una particolare attenzione al Decreto Coesione (D.L. 60/2024), che apporta novità al quadro delle agevolazioni contributive, e al Decreto PNRR (D.L. 19/2024), che modifica il quadro sanzionatorio vigente per le violazioni in ambito contributivo, di tutela della salute e sicurezza del lavoro e di contrasto al lavoro irregolare.
