Per tutti questi motivi si rivela fondamentale conoscere a fondo finalità e caratteristiche dell’istituto della mediazione, anche alla luce delle rilevanti novità introdotte con il dl n. 69/2013 e relativa legge di conversione n. 98 del 2013, nonché gli effetti dell’accordo eventualmente individuato dai litiganti e i rapporti di questa procedura con il processo.
