Xi Jinping has then an order of power that underpins this new development and governance model that is a departure from those of the two preceding models. The vision of Xi Jinping's discourse of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era is a signal to all nations seeking to end underdevelopment and neo-colonial domination.
