Wie bilden sich diese Verhaltensweisen und wodurch werden sie ausgelöst? Vielen wäre es lieb, wenn es auf diese Fragen eine klare und eindeutige Antwort gäbe. Doch so einfach ist dies nicht. Es gibt zahlreiche Theorien und Studien über die Entstehung von Aggressionen und Gewalt. Die Ergründung dieses Verhaltens ist spannend, jedoch sind sich die Pädagogen und Forscher auch nicht immer einig. Es gibt viele verschiedene Faktoren, die Kinder gewalttätig und aggressiv werden lassen. Unmöglich ist es, Faktoren zu finden, die auf jedes aggressive Kind zutreffen. Meist sind die Auslöser und die Faktoren situationsbedingt und die Lebensumstände des Kindes müssen genau betrachtet und analysiert werden, um die auslösenden Faktoren herauszufiltern. Der Begriff Gewalt kommt aus dem Lateinischen und hat zwei verschiedene Bedeutungen. Zum einen bedeutet es Macht, zum anderen physische Kraft und Stärke, von der auch physische Kraft gegen andere Lebewesen abgeleitet werden kann. Es gibt grundsätzlich zwei verschiedene Arten von Gewalt. Die physische Gewalt zielt darauf ab, dass das Opfer körperliche Schäden erleidet. Dadurch demonstriert der Täter, der die Gewalt ausübt, seine Macht über das Opfer. Er zeigt eindeutig, dass sein Wille geschieht und der Wille des Opfers egal ist und keinen Stellenwert hat. Bei der verbalen Gewalt hingegen wird das Opfer mit Worten beleidigt, erniedrigt, bedroht, beschimpft und niedergemacht. Die verbale Gewalt ist die häufigere Form von Gewalt. Der Unterschied zwischen Aggressionen und Gewalt liegt darin, dass Aggressionen oft aus emotionalen Affekten heraus auftreten und hervorgerufen werden. Auch werde ich mögliche präventive Maßnahmen aufzählen und mich zum Schluss mit dem Thema eines Kinderschutzkonzepts befassen. Mit dieser Arbeit möchte ich auf die stattfindende Gewalt in Kindertageseinrichtungen aufmerksam machen und verdeutlichen, welche wichtige Rolle die Einrichtungsleitung hierbei spielt, damit Gewalt zukünftig, zumindest in den Einrichtungen, kein Tabu-Thema mehr ist und sensibel bearbeitet wird. In dieser Abschlussarbeit werde ich mich hauptsächlich auf die physische und psychische Gewalt beschränken. Ausführung von Gewalthandlungen aufgrund von psychischen Erkrankungen werde ich allerdings nicht thematisieren. 1.013.048 Personen sind im Jahr 2019 Opfer einer Straftat geworden. 72.772 Betroffene davon waren Kinder unter 14 Jahren. Das sind die offiziellen Zahlen, welche dem BKA übermittelt worden sind. Die Dunkelziffer dürfte hierbei um einiges höher liegen, denn nicht jede Gewalttat wird gemeldet und auch nicht jedes Opfer einer Straftat wird in dieser Statistik aufgelistet. Gewalt kann jeden treffen und kann auch für jeden einzelnen, im Verlauf seines Lebens, ein Thema werden. Entweder weil er selber Gewalt erfahren hat oder jemanden kennt, der solche erlebt. Gewalt in Kindertageseinrichtungen, im vermeintlich „sichersten Ort für Kinder“, ist laut Jörg Maywald immer noch in unserer Gesellschaft ein Tabu-Thema. Es wird viel zu wenig darüber gesprochen, was unter Gewalt zu verstehen ist und wie es passieren kann, dass Gewalt durch das Personal an Kindern ausgeübt wird.
