La geometría del diseño no pretende cuantificar la estética a través de la geometría, pero sí analizar el papel que la simetría, el orden y el equilibrio visual desempeñan en el arte y el diseño para enseñarnos a reconocer el funcionamiento de estos principios y ayudarnos a aplicarlos eficazmente en nuestro propio trabajo.
