Book Synopsis Novel, Integrated and Revolutionary Well Test Interpretation and Analysis by : Freddy Escobar
Download or read book Novel, Integrated and Revolutionary Well Test Interpretation and Analysis written by Freddy Escobar and published by BoD – Books on Demand. This book was released on 2019-01-30 with total page 296 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The TDS technique is a practical, easy, and powerful tool for well test interpretation. It uses characteristic features and points found on the pressure derivative versus time plot, so that reservoir parameters can be easily calculated by using several analytic expressions. Most calculations can be verified more than once and applied to systems where the conventional straight-line method has no applications. This book deals with well tests run in elongated systems, partially completed/penetrated wells, multirate tests, hydraulically fractured wells, interference tests, and naturally fractured reservoirs. This technique is used in all commercial well-testing software. Its use is the panacea for well test interpretation and can also be extended to rate-transient analysis, although not shown here.

Book Synopsis Latin American Science Fiction Writers by : Darrell B. Lockhart
Download or read book Latin American Science Fiction Writers written by Darrell B. Lockhart and published by Bloomsbury Publishing USA. This book was released on 2004-03-30 with total page 249 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Many readers are unaware of the vast universe of Latin American science fiction, which has its roots in the 18th century and has flourished to the present day. Because science fiction is part of Latin American popular culture, it reflects cultural and social concerns and comments on contemporary society. While there is a growing body of criticism on Latin American science fiction, most studies treat only a single author or work. This reference offers a broad overview of Latin American science fiction. Included are alphabetically arranged entries on 70 Latin American science fiction writers. While some of these are canonical figures, others have been largely neglected. Since much of science fiction has been written by women, many women writers are profiled. Each entry is prepared by an expert contributor and includes a short biography, a discussion of the writer's works, and primary and secondary bibliographies. The volume closes with a general bibliography of anthologies and criticism.

Book Synopsis El Cuerpo un Espacio PedagóGico by : Norma Delia Dur N. Amavizca
Download or read book El Cuerpo un Espacio PedagóGico written by Norma Delia Dur N. Amavizca and published by Palibrio. This book was released on 2012-07 with total page 447 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
Download or read book Géneros cinematográficos, un viaje a través del cine written by Ninfa Watt and published by FGUPM. This book was released on 2023-02-08 with total page 203 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
Book Synopsis Constitutional Questions in Latin America and Peru by : César Landa
Download or read book Constitutional Questions in Latin America and Peru written by César Landa and published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing. This book was released on 2024-06-26 with total page 547 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book delves into constitutional essays focused on Latin America, with a particular emphasis on Peru. It explores legal theories surrounding the development of human rights, rooted in constitutional pluralism. Drawing from the insights gathered by organizations within the Inter-American Human Rights System, notably the Court and the Commission, this examination extends to its impact on local judicial bodies, including the Judiciary and notably the Constitutional Court. These efforts aim to protect traditional civil and political rights alongside social rights. However, the work also addresses the ongoing challenge of safeguarding emerging rights, such as fundamental digital and environmental rights, while bolstering protections for vulnerable populations like migrants and the LGBTQ+ community. By adopting a holistic approach, the book aspires to serve as a valuable resource for academics, experts, students, and professionals engaged in the study and practice of Latin American Constitutionalism.
