Book Synopsis Entrepreneurship and New Value Creation by : Alain Fayolle
Download or read book Entrepreneurship and New Value Creation written by Alain Fayolle and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2007-11-22 with total page 21 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Why do some individuals decide they want to create businesses and then actually do so? Why do others decide against this course of action, even though they appear to have what it takes to succeed? These two questions were among the first that researchers in the field of entrepreneurship tried to answer. Recently, it seems that the problem is much more difficult to solve than it first appeared thirty years ago. The venture creation phenomenon is a complex one, covering a wide variety of situations. The purpose of this book is to improve our understanding of this complexity by offering both a theory of the entrepreneurial process and practical advice on how to start a new business and manage it effectively. Entrepreneurship and New Value Creation is a fascinating, research-driven book that will appeal to graduate students, researchers and reflective practitioners concerned with the dynamics of the entrepreneurial process.
Download or read book L'Etat, l'entreprise et la création de richesse written by Elliott Anani Sitti and published by . This book was released on 2021 with total page 211 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

In the search to improve industrial competitiveness, the development of methods and tools for the design of products is especially pertinent in the context of cost reduction. This book seeks to propose new methods that simultaneously allow for a quicker design of future mechatronic devices in the automotive and aerospace industries while guaranteeing their increased reliability. The reliability of these critical elements is further validated digitally through new multi-physical and probabilistic models that could ultimately lead to new design standards and reliable forecasting. - Presents a methodological guide that demonstrates the reliability of fractured mechatronic components and devices - Includes numerical and statistical models to optimize the reliability of the product architecture - Helps users develop a methodology to characterize critical elements at the earliest stage
Download or read book Estimation des projets de l'entreprise numérique : Approche systémique, coûts, qualité et délais written by PRINTZ Jacques and published by Lavoisier. This book was released on 2013-04-01 with total page 402 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Synopsis Humanitarian Ecological Economics and Accounting by : Jacques Richard
Download or read book Humanitarian Ecological Economics and Accounting written by Jacques Richard and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2021-11-17 with total page 138 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The strict conversation of financial capital allows accountants to preserve capitalism in its current form. Thus, building a more humane economy will require a new accounting model. Humanitarian Ecological Economics and Accounting: Capitalism, Ecology and Democracy argues for the adoption of a CARE model: comprehensive accounting in respect of ecology. This new model will take the traditional weapons of capitalist accounting and turn them against capitalism, with a goal to protect and conserve human and natural capital within the framework of a democratic society. The CARE model has been conceived as the potential basis of a new type of market economy and of a new type of governance of firms and nations. Additionally, this allows for a new conception of capital, cost and profit that helps with moves towards a society of the commons. The first part of the book explores the reconstruction of accounting and economics from the ground up, outlining the theoretical basis for the model. The second part of the book explores the transformation of the governance of firms and nations. Finally, an additional section is dedicated to the conception of a new model of national accounting. This book will be of significant interest to readers of ecological economics, critical accounting and heterodox economics.

This book was released on 2013-10-09 with total page 259 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
Book Synopsis Enterprise Information Systems V by : Olivier Camp
Download or read book Enterprise Information Systems V written by Olivier Camp and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2006-02-27 with total page 339 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book comprises a set of papers selected from those presented at the fifth « International Conference on Enterprise Information Systems », (ICEIS’2003) held in Angers, France, from 23 to 26 April 2003. The conference was organised by École Supérieure d’Électronique de l’Ouest (ESEO) of Angers, France and the Escola Superior de Tecnologia of Setúbal, Portugal. Since its first edition in 1999, ICEIS focuses on real world applications and aims at bringing together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the advances and business applications of information systems. As in previous years, ICEIS’2003 held four simultaneous tracks covering different aspects of enterprise computing: Databases and Information Systems Integration, Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support Systems, Information Systems Analysis and Specification and Software Agents and Internet Computing. Although ICEIS’2003 received 546 paper submissions from over 50 countries, only 80 were accepted as full papers and presented in 30-minutes oral presentations. With an acceptance rate of 15%, these numbers demonstrate the intention of preserving a high quality forum for future editions of this conference. From the articles accepted as long papers for the conference, only 32 were selected for inclusion in this book Additional keynote lectures, tutorials and industrial sessions were also held during ICEIS’2003, and, for the first time this year, the 1st Doctoral Consortium on Enterprise Information Systems gave PhD students an opportunity to present their work to an international audience of experts in the field of information systems.

Book Synopsis Gouvernance de l’information pour l’entreprise numérique by : BALANTZIAN Gérard
Download or read book Gouvernance de l’information pour l’entreprise numérique written by BALANTZIAN Gérard and published by Lavoisier. This book was released on 2013-03-01 with total page 370 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
