Are you a Christian pastor who has studied Masonry found nothing wrong with it and so you have not warned your members and possibly even joined the Lodge yourself? Does your church allow Masons to serve on your boards to teach the Bible in Sunday School and serve in other positions of influence and leadership? In this book we will document from the Masonic Ritual the authoritative book given to a person who enters and becomes a member of the Lodge how Masonry conflicts and denies foundational Christian truths. Masons are promised that nothing in Masonry’s teachings will ever conflict with their own Christian belief. Has Masonry lied to or deceived Christians? In this book you will find answers to all these questions from the Masonic ritual and the Bible itself.

Book excerpt: This is a photographic reproduction of Albert Pike's beautiful 1887 ritual for the Rose Croix Funeral Ceremony. This ceremony draws on the symbolism of many ancient societies and presents a dignified and meaningful tribute to the Knights who have passed to the Realm Eternal. To this work is added Charles Laffon de Ladebat's dedication/introduction to the 1856 Pike/Ladebat 18th Degree ritual. The works together present a fascinating and important look into the development of the AASR. Part of the Cornerstone Scottish Rite Education Series.

Book excerpt: Excerpt from Funeral Ceremony and Offices of a Lodge of Sorrow: Ancient and Accepted Scottosh Rite; Freemasonry This ceremony, prepared for a Chapter of the 18th degree, may be used by any Body of the Rite, from the Lodge of Perfection to the Supreme Council inclusive, and may be readily made suitable for either, by such changes as may be made at the moment of the performance. Therefore, wherever the Chapter or any of its officers are mentioned, those terms will be understood (for avoidance of repetition) to mean any body of the Rite, and the officers of such body, with their appropriate titles. The mourning color of the Supreme Council is violet; that of all other bodies of the Rite, black. Offices. The Funeral Offices of a Knight Rose Croix, when he is buried by the Chapter, consist of two parts. The first takes place in the Chapter, or Church, or the house of the deceased; and the second at the grave. The latter may, of course, if circumstances require it, be performed without the former. Both portions of the ceremonial may be publicly performed. Preparation Of The Chapter. The Throne, Altar, and seats of the officers are hung with black; [in the Supreme Council, with violet].
