Book Synopsis Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography of the Eye by : David Huang
Download or read book Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography of the Eye written by David Huang and published by Kugler Publications. This book was released on 2024-01-08 with total page 594 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) has undergone tremendous growth since its first commercial introduction in 2014. Because it provides injection-free, capillary-resolution, 3-dimensional angiography of the retina and choroid, OCTA is likely to overtake fluorescein as the most important angiographic imaging technique in the eye. Nearly all manufacturers of ophthalmic OCT now offer OCTA products. A PubMed search now yields over 5700 articles on OCTA and related terms. Clinical investigators have already found a use for OCTA in almost every category of retinal and optic nerve diseases. This book is meant to bring together all this information so clinicians can have one authoritative text to turn to as we begin to use this new imaging modality that was never taught when we were in formal training. Book Synopsis Online Visual Tracking ofWeighted Multiple Instance Learning via Neutrosophic Similarity-Based Objectness Estimation by : Keli Hu
Download or read book Online Visual Tracking ofWeighted Multiple Instance Learning via Neutrosophic Similarity-Based Objectness Estimation written by Keli Hu and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 24 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: An online neutrosophic similarity-based objectness tracking with a weighted multiple instance learning algorithm (NeutWMIL) is proposed. Each training sample is extracted surrounding the object location, and the distribution of these samples is symmetric. To provide a more robust weight for each sample in the positive bag, the asymmetry of the importance of the samples is considered. The neutrosophic similarity-based objectness estimation with object properties (super straddling) is applied.
Book Synopsis A Fast Image Segmentation Algorithm Based on Saliency Map and Neutrosophic Set Theory by : Sensen Song
Download or read book A Fast Image Segmentation Algorithm Based on Saliency Map and Neutrosophic Set Theory written by Sensen Song and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 12 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Due to more or less deviations in the imaging system, there will be noise in the image, which makes the image segmentation inaccurate. To divide a natural image into a more accurate binary image, the target and background of the image are effectively separated to achieve a more effective segmentation result. Therefore, this paper proposes an image segmentation algorithm combining a saliency map and neutrosophic set (NS) theory. First, to overcome the problem of weak edges in the image, we highlight the details and use the guided filter to filter the various channels of the natural image. Then, the initial saliency map is generated. After the weighted superposition of the initial saliency map, the local entropy map and the gray scale map, the final saliency map can be generated using the nonlinear function, and it can effectively highlight the foreground information of the image. Second, the saliency map is transformed to the NS domain and interpreted by three subsets: true (T), indeterminate (I), and false (F). According to NS theory, the indeterminacy is reduced, and the segmentation results are finally obtained by using the method of threshold. Various experiments were done and compared with other state-of-the-art approaches. These experiments demonstrate the effect of the proposed work, which is fast and effective for de-noising.
Book Synopsis Improved TODIM Method Based on Linguistic Neutrosophic Numbers for Multicriteria Group Decision-Making by : Peide Liu
Download or read book Improved TODIM Method Based on Linguistic Neutrosophic Numbers for Multicriteria Group Decision-Making written by Peide Liu and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 13 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese for interactive multicriteria decision-making) method can consider the decisionmakers’ (DMs’) psychological behavior. However, the classical TODIM method has been unable to address fuzzy information such as the linguistic neutrosophic number (LNN), which is an effective tool to represent uncertainty. In this paper, an extended TODIM method is proposed to solve multicriteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems in a linguistic neutrosophic environment. First, the definitions and characteristics of the classical TODIM and the LNNs are introduced. Then, an improved score function (SF) of LNNs is proposed. Furthermore, we obtain the combined weights of the criteria and aggregate individual decision matrices into a group decision matrix. The classical TODIM method is extended to address MCGDM problems with LNNs, and specific decision steps are provided. Finally, several examples are given to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach by comparison with some existing methods.
