Verantwortung und Verantwortungswahrnehmung basiert in diesem Zusammenhang auf einer ethischen Grundorientierung. Sie ist eine gemeinsame Herausforderung für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter. Eine verweigerte Verantwortungswahrnehmung würde in Abseits führen. So bedarf es der gezielten Verantwortungsbildung und diese geschieht im Rahmen eines pädagogischen Prozesses, dessen Gestaltung in das Aufgabenspektrum von Führungskräften fällt.
