Book excerpt: This book talks about true Christianity, and the significant differences between different Christian churches regarding their validity when it comes to salvation. Jesus Christ foretold that in the end time false Christianity would be widespread and many people would be deceived by it. After Jesus told the disciples about the future destruction of the Temple, the disciples asked Him about these coming events. The disciples had asked Jesus two very important questions: What will be the sign of your coming, and What will be the sign of the end of the world? The word used for world in the original Greek was, Aion. Everyplace else in Scripture where the word Aion was used, it was translated as, age. So, the disciples were really asking Jesus, what will be the sign of your coming, and what will be the sign of the end of the age?

Yet there is a way of understanding religion that avoids the danger and is both emotionally and intellectually satisfying.

This book was released on 2016-01-24 with total page 308 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Why the need to release a book concerning the translated word "faith" when all professing believers will tell you that it is because they have FAITH that identifies them to be called Christians? But hardly any professing believers especially those who believe in a gospel that says they are "saved by grace alone and through faith alone and not by works" realise that they have a FAITH that CANNOT BE SHOWN TO BE GENUINE OR TRUE, nor can their FAITH be VERIFIED according to the unadulterated word of the God, the original Greek Received Texts. This means the majority of the so-called Christian sects which believe a gospel that salvation is by grace alone and through faith alone and not by works have a FAITH that is UNCLEAR and CONFUSED. That is why many preachers have led masses of listeners to utter the sinners' prayer such including Romans 10:9-10 and then declare those who make such confession to be Christians and therefore they are in the kingdom of the God! How can anyone prove or confirm that the preaching of such so-called men of God who led masses of people to utter the sinners' prayer that the conversion of those masses to become Christians are genuine believers or genuine Christians? There had/has been so much confusion for so many centuries and more so today in the so-called Christianity concerning many issues such as [1] the many Christian sects and the different variations of the gospel being preached, which one of them is true or are they all false? [2] the many so-called Christian leaders today, which of them are true and which of them are false? [3] of the so many so-called churches today in the same city, which of them are true and which of them are false? [4] of the so many so-called professing believers or so-called Christians, which of them are true and which of them are false? The teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 7:13-20; Matthew chapters 13 and 24; Mark chapter 13; Luke chapter 21; Revelation chapters 2 & 3 and the warnings by the apostles, Paul, Peter, John and other writers in the New Testament concerning the rise of false prophets, false christs and false teachers in the last days deceiving many to damnation. All these teachings and warnings seem to be IGNORED and fallen on deaf ears. If you are a true believer into Christ are you able to identify the many false prophets and false christs, false churches and false believers today that are in your midst? Or are you yourself a false believer? The above are the reasons for the writing of this Book 29 concerning FAITH. Is it FAITH OF GOD or FAITH OF MANKIND that is required for anyone to become a true believer into Christ Jesus? Can mankind's own faith in the God lead mankind to salvation? What is faith of mankind and what is faith of God? Is faith in general related to works in general? Can believers have faith in God and yet show no works? What is genuine faith in God? Does a believer have to have a perfect faith to be saved? What is the difference between 'faith' and 'the faith' and their relation to the gospel of salvation? How can anyone have faith in Christ in order to become a true believer? If true believers do not have clarity in understanding faith of mankind and faith of God, the faith and their relationship to the gospel of salvation, how can anyone be confident that he is earnestly contending for the faith once delivered to the true believers in the days of the apostles of Jesus Christ? The above are the reasons for the writing of this Book which should enable true believers to have clarity to the understanding of 'faith of God', 'faith of mankind', 'the faith' and their relationship and importance to the gospel of salvation.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Next to Luther himself, Ulrich Zwingli (1484-1531) was probably the most important and certainly the most influential of the early Protestant reformers. His Commentary on True and False Religion, addressed to King Francis I of France and published by the printer Froschauer in Zurich in 1525, contrasted what Zwingli regarded as the true religion of the Protestants, grounded in Scripture, with the false religion of tradition and reason advocated by the opponents of the Reformation. In twenty-nine chapters Zwingli discussed all of the principal topics of Christian theology, from the meaning of the word "religion" itself to the role and place of images in Christian worship. All the disputed issues of the early Reformation--the doctrine of Church and ministry, baptism, penance, eucharist, the nature of civil authority--are explained lucidly and concisely. The Commentary makes clear not only the grounds for Zwingli's break with the medieval Catholic tradition in which he had been raised but also the nature of his disagreements with Erasmus, Luther, and the Swiss Anabaptists. The result is the most significant dogmatic work which Zwingli ever wrote and the most important systematic statement of Reformed theology before Calvin's Institutes.

Book excerpt: The atheist, the agnostic and the devout religious alike; each and every one of us must at some point come to address these universal questions – Why are we here? How did we get here? What is the meaning of life? Why are there so many divisions in our Christian churches? Why are so many people deceived by a multitude of worldly religions? How do we witness a true Christian faith to the religions and philosophies of the world? So many questions at so great a cost for the wrong answers... This book, The Christian Doctrine Paradox, is the perfect illustration of where things went wrong, how we can make it right again, and what can ultimately be defined as Predestination – the reason for life on this planet – and much, much more.

Book excerpt: The 18th century was a wealth of knowledge, exploration and rapidly growing technology and expanding record-keeping made possible by advances in the printing press. In its determination to preserve the century of revolution, Gale initiated a revolution of its own: digitization of epic proportions to preserve these invaluable works in the largest archive of its kind. Now for the first time these high-quality digital copies of original 18th century manuscripts are available in print, making them highly accessible to libraries, undergraduate students, and independent scholars. The Age of Enlightenment profoundly enriched religious and philosophical understanding and continues to influence present-day thinking. Works collected here include masterpieces by David Hume, Immanuel Kant, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau, as well as religious sermons and moral debates on the issues of the day, such as the slave trade. The Age of Reason saw conflict between Protestantism and Catholicism transformed into one between faith and logic -- a debate that continues in the twenty-first century. ++++ The below data was compiled from various identification fields in the bibliographic record of this title. Book excerpt: Here's the most important question you'll ever answer: Of the sum total of your Christian knowledge, what percentage of it is owing to what somebody told you the Bible said, and what percentage is owing to what you've personally read in context for yourself? Your answer to that question will determine how susceptible you are to being deceived by cults, false teachings, and false religions, leading to a false worldview and eventually eternal damnation. I know. I was lost and blind, and I believed I knew the truth. But for the grace of God, all that I was taught and believed would have destroyed me. Here's the story of how I practiced the deadly deception of the New Age yet was mercifully rescued from damnation by God himself unto forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What Is Life All About? Is life: A Grand Conspiracy? A Marvelous Mystery? An Incredible Accident? Or Something Else? The surprise is that you can know the truth about life and be 100% confident in that knowledge. You will know what is on the other side of death. Amazingly, your success or failure in life has to do with your attitude. The person with the wrong attitude can read, see, hear the truth and deny it vehemently, while the person with right attitude will understand, appreciate and believe the truth. Life is a perfect and difficult test. The process of life itself sorts out good from evil, right from wrong and you will succeed or fail depending on your attitude. The book defines the attitude you need to succeed and provides evidence and examples to convince. What is life really all about? It may be true that most people do not care, but what is the reason for not caring? Generally, it is because people DOUBT ANYONE REALLY KNOWS, and thus why should anyone care. In addition, the world brings great confusion to this subject. There are scams and frauds around every corner, and even honest people push the limits of the truth with exaggeration which is really a lie. Greed, selfishness, covetousness, envy, and power are behind a lot of the deceit. The wonder of heaven will provide infinitely more than people could ever achieve on earth, but people want everything NOW and deceit is a frequent companion to achieving earthly desires. There are 45 chapters in the book, What Is Life All About and then some extensive helpful appendices another 163 pages. The single most influential deceit is in the area of religion. The single most prominent reason for being an atheist or agnostic is religion. The past 2000 years of religious history includes unspeakable cruelty, wars, terrorism, indoctrination, lies and deception and this rightly leads to opposition, but also strangely to acceptance/indifference/excuses by others. The critical missing fact is that God had nothing to do with these religions but abhors them. What a pathetic assumption to blame God. The truth about God and these religious groups could quickly clarify the situation. Chapter 16 is a chapter that begins to sort out HOW all this religious mess occurred. Here is a partial outline for chapter 16: 16.1 What Is Seriously Wrong with Judaism? 16.2 What Is Seriously Wrong with Roman Catholicism? 16.3 What Is Seriously Wrong with Protestant Groups? 16.4 What Is Seriously Wrong with Islam? 16.5 What Is Seriously Wrong with Mormonism? 16.6 What Is Seriously Wrong with the Jehovahs Witnesses? 16.7 What Is Seriously Wrong with Atheism/Agnosticism? Seriously Wrong means there is NO eternal value in these religions. These belief systems were the fabrication of men and/or women and did NOT come from God. The evidence is overwhelming and deceit runs through these religions like vultures going through a carcass. You do not need a forensic analysis, but you can do a complete autopsy if you wish. The damaging evidence regarding these groups is clearly seen and very logical and understandable from the book. This is because AS YOU UNDERSTAND GOD (a significant subject in the book) you do not need to go very far into these beliefs to see huge problems. One of the attitudes you need is a LOVE OF THE TRUTH more than the love of what you currently believe. You can understand God, His purpose, His plan inasmuch as He has revealed Himself. Incredibly, one major obstacle to overcome will be the MAGNITUDE OF THE DECEIT. Lies on top of lies often for many centuries define todays religions. Religion has become mans idea of God and there is no consistency, just random unrelated doctrines. The truth is infinitely different with everything perfectly connected to a single purpose. Ultimately, your success or failure in life is simply a matter of where you place your trust. Is your trust in God or is it in men/women, who say they are telling you
