Avant de procéder à l'implantation du mécanisme sur l'ensemble de l'île de Montréal, la Régie régionale a mis de l'avant un projet expérimental dans deux territoires de CRPDI (Est et Nord) afin de s'assurer que les modalités établies permettaient de réaliser les fonctions attribuées au mécanisme. Ce rapport comprend la connaissance et impact du mécanisme depuis son implantation et l'apport du mécanisme par rapport aux objectifs visés. Il comprend les résumés des commentaires et les ajustements proposé.
