Deux échelles perceptives (GRB et IINFVo) ont été comparées, ainsi qu'un test d'identification des voyelles qui a été corrélé aux analyses acoustiques des triangles vocaliques. L'évolution du spectre moyenné à long terme (LTAS) ainsi que des TMP et débit phonatoire complètent notre étude. Les résultats obtenus nous ont permis de proposer des recommandations pour la rééducation vocale.

Nous avons sélectionné des échelles explorant la qualité de vie (EORTC QLQ C30 et QLQ H&N35) ainsi que le handicap vocal (VHI) sur le principe de l'auto- évaluation. Une échelle perceptive de la voix de substitution (HNFVo) vient compléter ces questionnaires. L'objectif de cette étude étant évidemment la recherche permanente d'une amélioration de la pratique orthophonique, nous avons voulu, devant l'absence d'études françaises dans ce domaine, savoir si l'utilisation de telles échelles semblait adaptée.
