L'objectif de notre étude est de mettre en évidence les principaux déterminants personnels ou environnementaux influençant le choix de la pratique de la médecine générale en ambulatoire plutôt qu'un exercicesalarie (en médecine générale ou pas.) en fin de D.E.S. METHODES: Nous avons effectué une étude descriptive prospective réalisée par auto-questionnaire par internet ou par téléphone pour ceux qui le souhaitaient dont l'objectif était de mettre en évidence les facteurs influençant les internes dans leur choix de pratiquer la médecine générale en ambulatoire à la fin de leurs études. Notre critère de jugement principal est le souhait des internes a pratiquer la médecine générale dans l'idéal après leur D.E.S. et les variables explicatives étaient socio-démographiques, socio-professionnelles (proposition de collaboration ou de reprise d'activité par un maitre de stage, ou par un ancien maitre de stage universitaire, la formation (réaliser un D.E.S.C. ou la date de soutenance de la thèse) et enfin leur bien-être (satisfaction dans la vie en générale, satisfaction dans la vie professionnelle, aversion au risque, risque de burn-out). RESULTATS: Le taux de participation est de 95,2 %.
