Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Story of Humanity's Enslavement and Impending Liberation If you're disturbed by the increasing chaos, disasters and violence playing out on the world stage, this book will help you understand why this is all happening. It will introduce you to a world that may sound like science fiction or conspiracy theory--but becomes a fascinating story difficult to dispute or deny, as it finally makes sense of what is happening. The "story" presented here is largely based on information revealed by increasing numbers of courageous whistle-blowers from within the military, intelligence communities and researchers who are speaking truths long kept secret from the public. It becomes clear that humanity has actually been controlled for thousands of years in insidious ways most people are unaware of. And that there is a battle currently being waged for humanity's liberation from this control. Triumph of the Light may lead you to question your beliefs, your conditioning, and what you've believed to be true about the world and humanity's history. Although disturbing in many ways, what's offered here is also exciting and uplifting, as the author gives great hope for our future. It becomes clear that, even with all that is now occurring, humanity is actually on the verge of an incredible leap in consciousness into a state of much greater freedom, harmony, justice and spiritual awakening.

Book Synopsis Mars via the Moon by : Erik Seedhouse
Download or read book Mars via the Moon written by Erik Seedhouse and published by Springer. This book was released on 2015-11-28 with total page 170 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: MOMENTUM IS BUILDING for a return to the Moon. NASA’s international partners on the International Space Station are in favor of returning to the lunar surface, as are India and China. The horizon goal may be Mars, but the political, funding and the technological and medical infeasibility of such an objective means the next logical step is a return to the Moon. While much has been learned about the Moon over the years, we don’t understand its resource wealth potential and the technologies to exploit those resources have yet to be developed, but there are a number of companies that are developing these capabilities. And, with the discovery of water in the lunar polar regions, plans are in the works to exploit these resources for fuel for transportation operations in cis-lunar space and in low Earth orbit (LEO). The time has come for commercial enterprise to lead the way back to the lunar surface. Embarking on such a venture requires little in the way of new technologies. We don’t need to develop super-fast propulsion systems like those required to get us to Mars safely, nor do we need hundreds of billions of dollars that the experts reckon it will cost to transport humans to the Red Planet. What we do need is a place to test the technologies and deep space experience that will enable us to build a pathway that will lead us to Mars. That place is the Moon and this book explains why.
Book Synopsis Astronomy for Entertainment by : Y. Perelman
Download or read book Astronomy for Entertainment written by Y. Perelman and published by The Minerva Group, Inc.. This book was released on 2000-04 with total page 200 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Astronomy is a fortunate science; it needs no embellishments, said the French savant Arago. So fascinating are its achievements that no special effort is needed to attract attention. Nonetheless, the science of the heavens is not only a collection of astonishing revelations and daring theories. Ordinary facts, things that happen, day by day, are its substance. Most laymen have, generally speaking, a rather hazy notion of this prosaic aspect of astronomy. They find it of little interest, for it is indeed hard to concentrate on what is always before the eye.Everyday happenings in the sky are the contents of this book, free from professional terminology with easy reading. Its purpose is to initiate the reader into the basic facts of astronomy. Ordinary facts with which you may be acquainted are couched here in unexpected paradoxes, or slanted from an odd and unexpected angle solely to excite the imagination and quicken your interest. The daily aspect of the science of the skies, its beginnings, not later findings that mainly form the contents of Astronomy for Entertainment. The purpose of the book is to initiate the reader into the basic facts of astronomy. Ordinary facts with which you may be acquainted are couched here in unexpected paradoxes, or slanted from an odd and unexpected angle. The theme is, as far as possible, free from "terminology" and technical paraphernalia that so often make the reader shy of books on astronomy.Books on popular science are often rebuked for not being sufficiently serious. In a way the rebuke is just, and support for it can be found (if one has in mind the exact natural sciences) in the tendency to avoid calculations in any shape or form. And yet the reader can really master his subject only by learning how to reckon, even though in a rudimentary fashion. True, he has taken care to present them in an easy form, well within the reach of all who have studied mathematics at school. It is his conviction that these exercises help not only retain the knowledge acquired; they are also a useful introduction to more serious reading. This book contains chapters relating to the Earth, the Moon, planets, stars and gravitation. The author has concentrated in the main on materials not usually discussed in works of this nature. Subjects omitted in the present book, will, he hopes, be treated in a second volume. The book, it should be said, makes no attempt to analyze in detail the rich content of modern astronomy.Unfortunately Y. Perelman never wrote the continuation he had planned for this book, as untimely death in war bound Leningrad in 1942 interrupted his labours.

Download or read book The First Space War written by J. Furman Daniel and published by Rowman & Littlefield. This book was released on 2019-10-17 with total page 255 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Unfortunately, much of what people believe about war in space has been shaped, or misshaped, by Hollywood and other forms of popular media. In this book a STEM educator and a political science professor team up to explore the possibilities for warfare in space and explain why almost everything you've learned about space wars from movies is disappointingly wrong. The truth is stranger and more interesting than fiction. Using history, politics and STEM as guides, this book provides a detailed account of how Earth’s first war in space will be fought. As we show, it will begin not as an invasion of Earth by super-advanced aliens but by Earth starting a war with its Martian colony.
Book Synopsis Astronomy: A Physical Perspective by : Marc L. Kutner
Download or read book Astronomy: A Physical Perspective written by Marc L. Kutner and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2003-07-31 with total page 612 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This fully revised and updated text is a comprehensive introduction to astronomical objects and phenomena. By applying some basic physical principles to a variety of situations, students will learn how to relate everyday physics to the astronomical world. Starting with the simplest objects, the text contains explanations of how and why astronomical phenomena occur, and how astronomers collect and interpret information about stars, galaxies and the solar system. The text looks at the properties of stars, star formation and evolution; neutron stars and black holes; the nature of galaxies; and the structure of the universe. It examines the past, present and future states of the universe; and final chapters use the concepts that have been developed to study the solar system, its formation; the possibility of finding other planetary systems; and the search for extraterrestrial life. This comprehensive text contains useful equations, chapter summaries, worked examples and end-of-chapter problem sets.
