Por ello, este trabajo de investigación indaga, por qué en algunas escuelas del municipio de San Antonio del Tequendama se presentan dificultades en el desarrollo de estas habilidades orales en los estudiantes. Las cuales se hacen necesarias de desarrollar porque a través de ellas el estudiante podrá interactuar mejor con el entorno que lo rodea, ya que permite la construcción de conocimientos puesto que no es una simple herramienta técnica o mecanismo para transmitir mensajes, sino que es un medio para mantener el orden político y económico de la sociedad, y su implementación es importante en el proceso educativo porque hace que el estudiante construya un discurso argumentativo y critico a partir de las experiencias. Por este motivo, se realizó este trabajo investigativo, con el fin de que a través de la metodología de estudio de caso se permite extraer del contexto experiencias que evidencien ?Cómo favorecen las acciones institucionales pedagógicas el desarrollo de la expresión oral de los estudiantes del grado cuarto de las escuelas Santafé y Quebrada Grande? contando con la voz del directivo, docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia, para ser contrastada con los documentos institucionales, para encontrar las fortalezas y dificultades de la expresión oral con la intención de ofrecerle a la I.E.D. recomendaciones a partir de los hallazgos encontrados.

Is this the outcome of divine planning or simply of the laws of physics? Ancient Greeks and Romans famously disagreed on whether the cosmos was the product of design or accident. In this book, David Sedley examines this question and illuminates new historical perspectives on the pantheon of thinkers who laid the foundations of Western philosophy and science. Versions of what we call the "creationist" option were widely favored by the major thinkers of classical antiquity, including Plato, whose ideas on the subject prepared the ground for Aristotle's celebrated teleology. But Aristotle aligned himself with the anti-creationist lobby, whose most militant members—the atomists—sought to show how a world just like ours would form inevitably by sheer accident, given only the infinity of space and matter. This stimulating study explores seven major thinkers and philosophical movements enmeshed in the debate: Anaxagoras, Empedocles, Socrates, Plato, the atomists, Aristotle, and the Stoics.
