Die Nutzenversprechen der Social Media werden anschließend in einem Experiment empirisch untersucht. Es wird deutlich, dass die Arbeit mit Social Media sich von der herkömmlichen Arbeitsweise zwar unterscheidet, aber zu qualitativ und quantitativ vergleichbaren Ergebnissen führt.
