Nicht umsonst hat sich der Begriff "Human Resources" (HR) in den letzten Jahren in vielen Unternehmen zu dem Begriff "Human Capital" (HC) gewandelt. Denn ein Unternehmen kann nur so gut sein wie seine Mitarbeiter. Es ist also vollkommen abhängig von ihrer Leistung, Motivation und vor allem auch von ihrem gesundheitlichen Zustand. Besonders psychische Erkrankungen, wie z. B. Burnout, hängen stark mit dem heutigen Leistungsdruck und den hohen Anforderungen in der Arbeitswelt zusammen. Auch die Konkurrenz zwischen Unternehmen wird immer größer, denn aufgrund des aktuellen Zustands müssen viele Unternehmen umdenken und Maßnahmen einleiten, um ihren Mitarbeitern mehr bieten zu können und sie letztendlich an das Unternehmen zu binden. Es ist Zeit, mehr in die Personalentwicklung zu investieren und ihre Human Resources nicht mehr als Großes und Ganzes zu sehen, sondern auf jeden Mitarbeiter individuell einzugehen. Doch wie erreicht man einen solchen Zustand? Wie schaffe ich es, meinen Mitarbeitern und potenziellen Bewerbern als attraktiver Arbeitgeber zu erscheinen? Dies alles sind Fragen, mit denen Unternehmen tagtäglich konfrontiert werden.

Als abschließender Punkt dieser Arbeit erfolgt ein Fazit, das eine Zusammenfassung der erbrachten Erkenntnisse umfasst und einzelne Punkte kritisch hinterfragt.
