Book Synopsis Have You Discovered Your Assignment with Destiny? by : Anthony Ugochukwu O. Aliche
Download or read book Have You Discovered Your Assignment with Destiny? written by Anthony Ugochukwu O. Aliche and published by iUniverse. This book was released on 2012-07-27 with total page 276 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The subject of destiny has attracted various explanations from diverse schools of thought. While some believe in and espouse the philosophy of predestination, others hold that man is the architect of his own destinyand still others fail to believe in the concept at all. Even among those who believe in the concept of destiny, there is lack of consensus about its definition and its workings given the critical nature of the subject of destiny. There is a need for man to clearly understand and employ the knowledge in his journey from mortality to immortality. In Have You Discovered Your Assignment with Destiny? author Anthony Ugochukwu O. Aliche thoroughly examines the concept of destiny and seeks to guide others to an understanding of how this important aspect of our existence functions. The journey begins with Aliches lamentation of mans inability to acknowledge and define his destiny with particular reference to his assignment with himself, his obligation with his environment, and his assignment with the Creator and the entire cosmos. He believes that life lived without discovering ones assignment with destiny is life lived without putting God firstand consequently a life tragically wasted. He opens our eyes to the fact that so many lives could make a quantum leap if only they could turn to God and nature for the discovery and manifestation of their destiny. The world would be a better place if we all discovered that we have a role to play individually and collectively, and that we can only achieve if we strive to discover our assignment with destiny.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The group arrived in the City of Shalom a few days later with hunger, exhaustion, and seasickness. It was night, and they went to their homes to rest. The next morning, they walked along the city to give testimonies of what God has done for them on the journey they came from. The people were ignoring them, and they saw the corruption, spiritual sickness, and sinful desires in the people. Gallob, Leeyob, Dolly, and Joseph called Justin, the leader of the church committee, for an urgent meeting to save the city from self-destruction. The people in the city decided to please themselves and started listening to the desires of their flesh and not be sanctified and righteous in the presence of God. Many people became anxious and had evil thoughts and were tempted to commit much sin. The people in the city who became self-centered and prideful decided to separate themselves from the good and humble ones that were obedient and at peace with others. They continued their ministry and began to pray for the sake of those who are lost and are fulfilling the lust of the flesh. Some lost interest in doing Gods work and became evil minded and were possessed with demonic spirits and darkness. A riot started, and people were out of control and became violent. They destroyed houses, beat the weak and old. They took people out into the woods and burned them to death. One child died from a stampede of a group of people and their riot due to her physical handicap and was thrown into a nearby fire. Jonathan and the other church leaders tried to control the people, but some of them threatened to burn down the church and forced the church leaders to leave the city. The leaders gathered together, closed the gates that surrounded the church and the court yard. The church decided to fast for seven days and prayed in the spirit, or spoke in tongues. On the seventh day of the fast and prayer, the church opened the gates, and a few people ran into the courtyard of the church with fear, hopelessness, weariness, and mourning in pain and misery. The corrupted ones returned back to their homes to please themselves, committing adultery and other sexual sins. The other faithful, obedient servants who were left behind in the city hid themselves from the wicked, evil minded, and those that were ungodly. Meanwhile, the leaders came out of the church into the courtyard, and the people that entered were comforted, and encouraged to endure and persevere. Gallob then stepped up and spoke to them. I want to speak to everyone in the city at 1400 tomorrow. Go and tell them they have a choice to make. Now that they know about the good news and experienced the truth, they will be given a choice to leave or to stay here with us, said Gallob. What about the children, Gallob? Dolly asked. Those that are young and not able to listen and understand may leave with their parents who choose to keep them, but those who are mature and at an age to decide for themselves will be given a chance to decide their hearts desire. For whatever comes out of their mouth is whats in their hearts. Father, our city may soon be destroyed because I forgot to tell you that when we were on our way back home on the ship, I had a dream that a severe storm will pass here and swallow those that corrupted themselves and sin in the presence of God with no fear, said Joseph. Joseph and the young crew prayed before they stepped out of the courtyard. That is a revelation of things to come. It may happen sooner than you think, said Gallob. The following morning, all the leaders of the church went out to the homes of the people and told everyone that a meeting was scheduled in the courtyard of the church at 1400. Leeyana, Galila, and Jonathan also spoke up and wanted to go and save the children who were lost out there. Gallo, Leeyob, Dolly, and Justin gathered together to make a decision if the young adults can go out there alone. The adults decided that Joseph can supervise and help Leeyana,

This book was released on 2024-06-08 with total page 198 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Three souls. One destiny. The bringer of light and the ones cast in shadow will merge and bring forth the sins of their blood. And the three shall be as one. Born abominations and deemed unworthy, we were cast out by our creator. The Nephilim have been forced to walk amongst the dark, cursed never to see the light of day, and left with no choice but to feed from the very beings we despise. Through the centuries of unrest, we have longed for the missing piece of our Unholy Trinity. Behind the walls of our castle, nestled amongst the hills of Budapest we search for the one meant to be ours, for only she can break this curse and set us down the path of righteous vengeance. Once we find her, there will be no stopping us. She will be the one to complete us, making us whole. And when that happens, the Lycans' world will cease to exist. Born an anomaly with latent powers has made me an outcast within my coven, forcing me to remain on the edge of our circle, not quite a perfect fit. I longed for something more. I craved that which I didn’t know, but was never allowed to have because I lived a life bound by a path carved in stone. And since Fate can be a capricious b*tch and Destiny is not abeyant, I was sent down this cursed path, and they come for me. It’s been etched in my DNA to loathe everything they stand for, our enemy sent to destroy us. I was told to stay hidden amongst the shadows, or I would become an instrument to be used by them at their will. But the more that is revealed about our entangled webs, the more questions that I have. And the more secrets that unravel, it seems I’ve been lied to for far too many years to count. What if being with them isn’t the prison I’ve been taught to fear? What if being with them sets me free? ***This is a dark, paranormal, MMF romance for readers 18+. Destined Trinity is also a prequel to Carnival of Souls. Please read the Author's Note before beginning.***

The goal of the book is to understand the thought of the prophets in their historical contexts, and to communicate that understanding for our time.
