Mais un manque apparent de connaissances des professionnels les exclue des méthodes proposées en consultation. MÉTHODE Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative d'analyse des discours sur les forums internet. La recherche s'est effectuée d'octobre 2017 à mars 2018, avec l'analyse de messages sur des fils de discussion ayant comme thème la contraception naturelle. Les messages recueillis ont été retranscrits et classés à l'aide d'un tableau récapitulatif. RÉSULTATS Suite à l'analyse des messages, quatre thèmes se sont identifiés, ce qui a permis de classer les données en catégories et sous catégories. Cette analyse a permis de comprendre la motivation des femmes à utiliser la contraception naturelle, les méthodes les plus utilisées, le point de vue de la société et les connaissances des femmes en termes d'anatomie et contraception. DISCUSSION ET CONCLUSION Le désir de recourir aux méthodes naturelles de contraception peut s'expliquer par une volonté des femmes à se réapproprier leur corps dans un phénomène de retour au naturel, et d'éviter les effets secondaires des hormones. Ces méthodes sont maintenant moins désuètes, et ont une efficacité semblable à celle de la pilule. Pour adapter leur discours lors des consultations, les professionnels de santé se doivent de se former sur la contraception naturelle afin de laisser le choix aux patientes et leur donner des informations appropriées.

But New Guinea has one serious drawback: it has no primates, except for humans. Thus, I come to this conference on primate conservation as an underprivileged and emotionally deprived observer, rather than as an involved participant. Nevertheless, it is easy for anyone to become interested in primate conserva tion. The public cares about primates. More specifically, to state things more realistically, many people care some of the time about some primates. Primates are rivaled only by birds, pandas, and the big cats in their public appeal. For some other groups of animals, the best we can say is that few people care about them, infrequently. For most groups of animals, no one cares about them, ever.
