Um auch diesen eine Richtschnur zu geben, von welcher sie sich leiten lassen können, ist eine Definition dringend erforderlich. Der Staat muss sich auf sie verlassen können, die Soziale Arbeit muss sie mit einbeziehen können. Das Qualitätsmanagement des eigenen Berufsstandes macht es erforderlich einen Werte-und Normen-Katalog für den guten Sozialarbeiter zu entwerfen. Soziale Perspektiven Soziale Gerechtigkeit und Gesellschaft müssen vereint werden, Benachteiligte müssen ebenso integriert werden wie die Oberschicht. Der steigende Sektor der Wirtschaft im Dienstleistungsbereich erfordert zudem, den eigenen Berufsstand zu hinterfragen und ein eindeutiges Berufsbild festzulegen, schon allein der Tatsache wegen, um konkurrenzfähig in der Ökonomie zu bleiben. So habe ich mich als gelernte Er-zieherin während meiner Ausbildung in den vergangenen Jahren schon damit auseinander gesetzt, was eine gute Erzieherin in der heutigen Zeit mitbringen sollte, um ihre Arbeit über einen langen Zeitraum, also bis zur Rente, immer in gleich bleibender Qualität und ohne Gefährdung der eigenen psychischen Ge-sundheit ausführen zu können. Dabei empfand ich es immer als besonders wichtig, trotz der Professionalisierung meiner Arbeit meine Persönlichkeit und meine eigenen Moralvorstellungen nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. An die Hausarbeit und die Frage nach einer guten Sozialarbeiterin gab es ver-schiedene Herangehensweisen. Ich entschied mich für eine sehr klassische, aus der Bibliothek der Ostfalia, Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaft, der Fakul-tät Soziale Arbeit, holte ich einige Bücher zum Thema Ethik, Moral und Soziale Arbeit. In die Literatur las ich mich im weiteren Vorgehen ein und überlegte, wel-chen der Schwerpunkte ich für die Arbeit als Sozialarbeiterin für mich am wich-tigsten und bedeutsamsten empfand. Ich blieb bei Martin Buber und dem dialo-gischen Prinzip hängen, weil es für mich in der Sozialarbeit immer um den Dialog geht, egal ob mit professionsgleichen Kollegen, fachfremden Kollegen oder dem Klienten selbst. Ohne einen gemeinsamen Dialog könnte man nicht miteinander arbeiten, weil jeder Mensch in seiner Sozialisierung andere Werte und Moralvorstellungen erlernt hat. Zwar kann man davon ausgehen, dass allge-meingültige Werte in jeder Erziehung vorkommen, aber dennoch muss man sich, um miteinander arbeiten zu können auf eine gemeinsame Wertebasis einigen, dies geschieht zum Teil nonverbal oder verbal zum Beispiel durch die Ver-einbarung von einfach Regeln zusammen mit dem Klienten. Nachdem der Schwerpunkt für diese Hausarbeit gefunden war, lasse ich mich noch intensiver in das dialogische Prinzip von Martin Buber ein, welches, obwohl nicht mehr ganz neu, auch heute noch sehr aussagekräftig für die Soziale Arbeit ist. Denn schon immer ging es in der Sozialen Arbeit darum, einen gemeinsamen Kontext zu finden und miteinander im Gespräch zu sein und auch zu bleiben. Darauf werde ich später noch näher eingehen, wenn ich ein Beispiel aus meiner eigenen erlebten Praxis in der Sozialen Arbeit vorstelle.
