The ERP Future Research conference is set up as a platform for scientific discussion on enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business intelligence (BI) systems, business process management (BPM) systems and information technology systems. The conference acts as a discussion and communication platform for business and technological topics covering ERP systems. The 7 full and 5 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 29 submissions. They were organized in the following topical sections: introduction of enterprise systems; business processes; production processes; and IT-trends.
