Book Synopsis The Brilliance Trilogy by : Lisa Renee Jones
Download or read book The Brilliance Trilogy written by Lisa Renee Jones and published by Julie Patra Publishing. This book was released on 2024-09-19 with total page 850 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The trilogy deemed "mesmerizing" and "brilliant" is finally delivered in one sinful package.... It all started with a note, just a simple note hand written by a woman I didn't know, never even met. But in that note is perhaps every answer to every question I've ever had in my life. And because of that note, I look for her, but find him. I'm drawn to his passion, his talent, a darkness in him that somehow becomes my light, my life. Kace August is rich, powerful, a rockstar of violins, a man who is all tattoos, leather, good looks and talent. He has a wickedly sweet ability to play the violin, seducing audiences worldwide. Now, he’s seducing me. I know he has secrets. I don't care. Because you see, I have secrets, too. I’m not Aria Alard, as he believes. I’m Aria Stradivari, daughter to Alessandro Stradivari, a musician born from the same blood as the man who created the famous Stradivarius violin. I am as rare as the mere 650 instruments my ancestors created. Instruments worth millions. 650 masterpieces, the brilliance unmatched. 650 reasons to kill. 650 reasons to hide. One reason not to: him.

Book Synopsis More Poems of Life by : William Doyle
Download or read book More Poems of Life written by William Doyle and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2018-11-16 with total page 74 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: These verses are offered for the young at heart. They are written to guide and comfort, to encourage and to cheer, to instruct and amuse, using the imagination in a positive manner. The overall text encourages the reader to sense a bond between the self, nature, and the creator. Such melodies reveal the true joy and beauty of the unspoken songs that lay hidden deep within the recesses of consciousness, which we so often feel but have difficulty in expressing. We do not exist separately from our environment or the world; we are linked together as we are with the words we write or utter, made manifest by the arrangement of the mind. It’s on this premise, supported by an earnest desire to raise young lives to glorious heights of attainment, that I offer this work.

Book Synopsis The Poems of Shelley: Volume Six by : Carlene Adamson
Download or read book The Poems of Shelley: Volume Six written by Carlene Adamson and published by Taylor & Francis. This book was released on 2024-06-20 with total page 727 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Percy Bysshe Shelley (1792–1822) was one of the major poets of the English Romantic period. This is the final volume of a six-volume edition of The Poems of Shelley, which aims to present all of Shelley’s poems in chronological order and with full annotation. Date and circumstances of composition are provided for each poem and all manuscript and printed sources relevant to establishing an authoritative text are freshly examined and assessed. Headnotes and footnotes furnish the personal, literary, historical and scientific information necessary to an informed reading of Shelley’s varied and allusive verse. Most of the poems in the present volume were composed between late January 1822 and Shelley’s death on 8 July 1822. These include the lyrics to Jane Williams, Fragments of an Unfinished Drama and The Triumph of Life as well as translations from Goethe’s Faust (1822) and Calderón’s El mágico prodigioso. The appendices include editions of Poetical Essay on the Existing State of Things (1811), a poem made publicly accessible by the Bodleian Libraries in 2015 for the first time since its publication, and translations by Shelley from Goethe’s Faust (1815), Aeschylus’ Prometheus Bound (1817) and Homer’s Odyssey (probably 1817). In addition to accompanying commentaries, there are extensive bibliographies to the poems, a chronological table of Shelley’s life and publications, and indexes to titles and first lines. Now completed, this is the most comprehensive edition of Shelley’s poetry available to students and scholars.
