Como parte de los resultados se encontró que las entrevistadas ejercen un liderazgo transformacional y que la comunicación de una cultura organizacional masculina, así como ciertas concepciones acerca de la distinción de género, han limitado la presencia de mujeres en los puestos directivos de la escuela.
