Book excerpt: This book is about the Christs wife, Jezibellie Tutankhemen Christ, along with Jesus Christ superstar! I do know this is true, Jezibellie Christ! Its supposed to be about the coming of ages and the trials and tribulations of Pauls demise from spirituality! This book contains graphic humor and Pauls demise from the literature that boasts that he in fact wrote the Bible, when in essence here, the Divine Source Wisdom boasts that We are the ones who wrote it, through Jezibellie Christ! Superstar is about the coming of ages, the meaning of our lifetime of habits here, and lets take it down south and note that Jesus did indeed have a viable sexual encounter. We have all the ailment cures in the world. For the rest of His life though, were all in on this together here, Hes viable to have a sexual encounter with his wifey of times past, and to note this individual freely on sexual content is viable within the confines of the tomorrows affair of the heart!

Ian Rankin “Again, it’s a miracle that more federal judges are not whacked.” John Grisham PROLOGUE Granddad stressed psychophysics as an investigative tool. He said to know a targeted person, to really start to understand that person, it was as easy as just watching that person’s eyes. Just provide a range of visual stimuli and watch the target's eyes. I was just a teenager with a brand new driver's license. Granddad would let me drive as he worked his private investigator gigs. The first couple of times out, driving Granddad around, convinced me about the whole concept of psychophysics. Granddad was investigating a potential Candidate for the position of Police Chief of Santa Barbara. The City Power-Brokers were paying. I tagged along as driver and chief note taker. Granddad set up in a parking lot across the street from the café coffee shop the Candidate frequented almost every morning. One of the nice things about Southern California is the vast abundance of want-to-be-actors on-tap. Young ones, old ones, retreads, Method actors, Meyerhold’s Biomechanics pretenders, Classical actors, and of course, Meisner devotees, all on tap at the drop of a hat. Well, almost immediately available with a single phone call. Granddad didn't tell them why or even for whom they were working. He didn't have to. The thrill of being paid, in cash, for a simple walk-on, was enough for the want-to-bees. Early every morning, for the first week, Granddad and I sat in his car and watched the Candidate's eyes as a broad representation, via the want-to-bees’ preferred methods of expression, of the human condition, paraded by the café windows, in front of the Candidate. Part of psychophysics is testing for the lower limits of what causes an individual to take conscious notice of the provided stimulus. Granddad was convinced that a person's eyes, at the instant of the lower limit stimuli, gave a snapshot on the person's subconscious attitudes. He was old-school. He believed that individuals couldn’t change their attitudes toward others but could modify their behaviors. He stressed that what we were doing was trying to see if the Candidate had predator-attitudes that he had successfully hidden via modifying his behavior to fit what he wanted others to see. We sat, binoculars glued to our eyes, as we watched from across the street, the Candidate's eyes, as the want-to-bees parade passed by.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The return of Kalmann, the oddball hero of the bestselling novel of the same name. Set first in West Virginia and Washington at the time of the 2021 riots at the US Capitol Building and then in the far north of Iceland where Kalmann, the self-appointed Sheriff of a small fishing village, is faced with murders leading back to US shenanigans in Iceland during the Cold War. It all begins with Kalmann in very hot water. He’s at the FBI Headquarters in Washington, arrested during the Jan 6, 2021 riots at the US Capitol Building. All he wanted was to visit his American father in the US for the Christmas holidays – but his dad takes him (and a group of MAGA friends) to the protests in Washington to “regain the house which is ours”. He is promptly arrested of course. Thanks to sympathetic FBI agent Dakota Leen, he’s soon on a plane back to Iceland. But not before Dakota informs him that his recently deceased grandfather was on an FBI list of suspected Russian spies working in Iceland during the Cold War. Back home, Kalmann begins to suspect that his grandfather’s death from “heart failure” was a murder. His maverick investigation uncovers another assassination and takes him to the site of a US radar station abandoned in the 1970s. So, there are now two murders to be solved and the threat of more to come. Much to do for our unlikely amateur detective who somehow never loses heart. As usual he has everything under control. There’s no need to worry.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: (FAQ). Is it a show about nothing or one of the greatest TV series of all time? It's both, of course! Seinfeld 's impact on popular culture was so profound that it continues to this day-years after it left prime time-thanks to its inimitable characters (Newman! Bubble Boy!), its wacky, memorable plots (who can forget "The Contest" or "The Puffy Shirt"?), and the many catchphrases we use regularly (not that there's anything wrong with that). Seinfeld FAQ is the first-ever comprehensive guide to the sitcom, tracing its path from modest beginnings to water-cooler-show status and to its infamous, love-it-or-hate-it finale. This humor-filled reference tells all about Jerry, Elaine, George, and Kramer, as well as the other unforgettable characters in their world. It features season-by-season episode reviews and a wealth of fun facts about everything from the characters' inevitably doomed relationships to their food obsessions and fashion sense (or lack thereof) as well as profiles of actors and other notables. Broad in scope and yet obsessed with detail (like the show itself), this FAQ is essential reading for anyone who wants to be master of the Seinfeld domain.

But a new bakery in town is proving that you can have too much of a good thing . . . Summer in Eastport means lobsters and blueberries, though tourists and locals alike always leave a little room for baked goods from the Chocolate Moose. This year’s arts fair means even more sweet-toothed customers. But it’s also bringing competition from a new rival, Choco’s, trying to slice into the action. Choco’s owner, Brad Fairway, is pulling sneaky stunts to divert Moose patrons to his own shop, and Ellie finally confronts him about his tactics. But when Brad is found dead the next day—and the weapon is a gun that belongs to Ellie—it’s only a matter of time before she is charged with the crime. Sifting through the victim’s connections, Jake and Ellie sense they’re getting close to the real culprit—a little too close. Can they serve up the solution before the killer dishes up another helping of murder?

Book excerpt: Former Navy SEAL turned inventor Mark Farrell is determined to make a lasting impact on the world. His latest invention, a "smart" EEG machine called EEGXpert, may fulfill that dream, but inexplicable delays plague the project. An overbearing venture capitalist, suspected sabotage, a troubled marriage and an alluring VP of Software greatly complicate Mark's pursuit of his goal. When an accident leaves him stranded on the fringe of heaven-a place he didn't think even existed-he enlists heavenly help to devise a treatment plan to save his life. In violation of heaven's strict no-communication-with-earth rule, he relies on a secret capability built into Xpert to send the first e-mails from heaven. Unfortunately, the only recipient of his messages would rather see him dead. Worse yet, he may literally have hell to pay for his communication attempt. Set in Colorado and Costa Rica, Brain Waves is a medical suspense novel that begins as a tale of revenge but turns into one of forgiveness. The author weaves neuroscience, computer technology and philosophy into a compelling story about a man who refuses to enter heaven too soon. Ultimately, Mark's legacy proves more momentous than he ever imagined. ABOUT THE AUTHOR This is the first novel for Dennis Murphy, a retired systems engineer, knowledge engineer, software developer, project manager, entrepreneur and adjunct college physics instructor. He was inspired to write Brain Waves to articulate his own beliefs about life after death. Murphy has personally designed and contributed to artificial intelligence applications like the one described in Brain Waves. He earned a bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder-the primary setting for this novel- where he once owned a small business. He and his wife, Diane, now live in western North Carolina. The author invites reader comments at [email protected].
