Aujourd'hui, les convertisseurs statiques sont largement utilisés dans les véhicules hybrides pour convertir l'alimentation à différents niveaux afin de contrôler le véhicule aux différents points de fonctionnement souhaités. Avec cette utilisation croissante des convertisseurs statiques dans les véhicules hybrides modernes augmente le besoin de méthodes efficaces de surveillance et de diagnostic de panne pour assurer la fiabilité, la sécurité et la disponibilité du groupe motopropulseur électrique automobile. Ainsi, cette thèse contribue au diagnostic de défauts des systèmes de convertisseurs de puissance. L'objectif est d’élaborer une stratégie de diagnostic approprié avec application à un convertisseur DC / DC à l’interface d'un système de stockage d'énergie hybride, batterie / supercondensateur, et la chaîne de traction électrique dans un véhicule électrique hybride. En premier temps, une approche de diagnostic de défauts capteurs par un banc de filtres de Kalman pour un système à commutations a été proposée. Pour la détection, un test GLR avec un seuillage utilisant les courbes ROC visant à diminuer la probabilité de fausses alarmes et augmenter la probabilité de bonne détection est proposé. En deuxième temps, les mesures existantes ont été aussi utilisées dans un schéma de traitement du signal sans modèle pour détecter et identifier les défauts de semiconducteurs de puissance du convertisseur utilisé. Enfin, les approches proposées ont été testées sur un prototype réalisé du convertisseur étudié.
