This book was released on 1997 with total page 258 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: NOUS PRESENTONS NOTRE CONTRIBUTION A LA MODELISATION DU TRANSFERT DE MATIERE EN MICROFILTRATION TANGENTIELLE DU LAIT. UNE ETUDE BIBLIOGRAPHIQUE NOUS CONDUIT A DISTINGUER TROIS CLASSES DE MODELES POUR LA MICROFILTRATION TANGENTIELLE : LES MODELES DE TRANSFERT DE SOLVANT, LES MODELES DE TRANSFERT DE SOLUTE ET LES MODELES DE TRANSFERT DE SOLVANT ET DE SOLUTE. LES PARTICULARITES DE CHAQUE CLASSE DE MODELES SONT DEGAGEES, DES COMPARAISONS SONT FAITES ENTRE LES DIFFERENTS MODELES ET DES EXTENSIONS ET AMELIORATIONS D'ECRITURES SONT PROPOSEES. CETTE ETUDE MONTRE QUE LA PLUPART DES MODELES DEVELOPPES POUR LA MICROFILTRATION TANGENTIELLE SONT DES MODELES SEMI-EMPIRIQUES. POUR ATTEINDRE NOTRE OBJECTIF, UNE SERIE D'EXPERIMENTATIONS EST REALISEE SUR DEUX MEMBRANES MINERALES DE 1,4 MICROMETRE DE DIAMETRE DE PORES. DIVERSES SUSPENSIONS MODELES DE COMPLEXITE CROISSANTE SONT ETUDIEES. LA NATURE DES DIVERS CONSTITUANTS A ETE CHOISIE DE MANIERE A SE RAPPROCHER DU LAIT, TOUT EN ASSURANT L'OBTENTION D'UN FLUIDE MODELE SIMPLE. COMME LE LAIT ECREME, LA SUSPENSION MODELE LA PLUS COMPLETE CONTIENT DES MACROMOLECULES, DES PARTICULES ET DES SELS. ELLE PRESENTE EGALEMENT DES PROPRIETES PHYSICO-CHIMIQUES COMPARABLES A CELLES DU LAIT. LES FILTRATIONS, MENEES DANS UNE LARGE GAMME DE CONDITIONS OPERATOIRES, MONTRENT QUE LES GRANDEURS DE TRANSFERT DE MATIERE DEPENDENT ETROITEMENT DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT PHYSICO-CHIMIQUE DE LA SUSPENSION TRAITEE, DE LA MORPHOLOGIE DES MICROORGANISMES, DES CONDITIONS HYDRODYNAMIQUES, DU MODE DE FONCTIONNEMENT DU PILOTE, DE LA NATURE ET DE L'HOMOGENEITE DE LA MEMBRANE. NOUS MONTRONS QUE L'ELIMINATION DES SPORES PENDANT LA FILTRATION N'EST QUE PARTIELLE, INDIQUANT QUE LE PRODUIT MICROFILTRE NECESSITE UN TRAITEMENT COMPLEMENTAIRE POUR LUI CONFERER SON INNOCUITE. DEUX MODELES DE TRANSFERT, DONT LES ECRITURES DE BASE TRADUISENT LE MIEUX LES MECANISMES MIS EN JEU PENDANT LA MICROFILTRATION TANGENTIELLE, ONT ETE RETENUS POUR NOTRE CAS. IL S'AGIT DU MODELE D'EROSION DU GATEAU ET DES MODELES DE LA FILTRATION FRONTALE. LES ORIGINALITES DE NOS ECRITURES PAR RAPPORT A CELLES DE LA LITTERATURE SONT, D'UNE PART, D'EXPRIMER LES PARAMETRES DU MODELE EN FONCTION DES CONDITIONS HYDRODYNAMIQUES. D'AUTRE PART, NOUS METTONS EN JEU, DANS LE MODELE D'EROSION, LA CONTRAINTE DE CISAILLEMENT A LA POSITION DU MODULE, PLUTOT QUE LA VITESSE TANGENTIELLE A L'ENTREE DE CELUI-CI. NOUS MONTRONS QUE LES PARAMETRES DE CHAQUE MODELE DEPENDENT NON SEULEMENT DES CONDITIONS OPERATOIRES, MAIS EGALEMENT DE LA NATURE DE LA SUSPENSION TRAITEE. LES RESULTATS DE SIMULATION OBTENUS SONT CONFORMES A LA PLUPART DES OBSERVATIONS DE LA LITTERATURE. NOUS CONCLUONS NOTRE TRAVAIL EN MONTRANT QUE LES DEUX MODELES DEVELOPPES DECRIVENT BIEN LES CINETIQUES EXPERIMENTALES DE MICROFILTRATION TAGENTIELLE DE DIFFERENTS LAITS ECREMES.

Book excerpt: Due to a varying product demand (changing product mix) and different production speeds, bottlenecks may shift between the stages. In that case, a simultaneous lot-sizing and scheduling of these stages is recommendable. Hence, an improved version of the General Lot-Sizing and Scheduling Problem for Multiple production Stages (GLSPMS) was developed. Moreover, several reformulation techniques were applied to this model to solve it exactly. Besides, a new meta-heuristic which combines the principles of Variable Neighborhood Decomposition Search (VNDS) and Exchange was implemented to find good solutions, even for a real-world problem case. Finally, further model extensions, e.g., for scarce setup resources, were proposed.
