Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: God, Our Servant: The We Might Also Become Servants By: Rev. Richard W. Ames Many believe that we are the servants of God, but what if it were the other way around? After 40 years of teaching, visiting, and counseling Christians, Rev. Richard W. Ames knows that there are “gaps” in Biblical knowledge and the expression of that knowledge for many believers, gaps which have also existed in his own faith. God, Our Servant: That We Might Also Become Servants addresses many of these misconceptions and is geared toward helping those who have faith grow in their understanding of that faith. Take for example the phrase, “All the good people will be in hell, while all the bad people will be in heaven,” which is explored in greater detail within. Discover the position and attitude God assumes as he works with the sin of every human; He is the servant of the sinner, not his or her master.

Book Synopsis Conformation to the Image of the Son of God by : Witness Lee
Download or read book Conformation to the Image of the Son of God written by Witness Lee and published by Living Stream Ministry. This book was released on with total page 26 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "We were created in His image by the Triune God. Now through the redemption and salvation of the Triune God, every one of us one day will be conformed to the image of God’s firstborn Son. Thus, God’s firstborn Son with the many sons will constitute God’s corporate expression. This also accomplishes God’s original purpose of creation, that is, that man may have God’s image and, by God’s life, live Him out to express Him. Moreover, He desires those who are saved by His life to express the glory and beauty of His divine attributes in their human virtues. When we who died with Christ and live with Him express the glory and beauty of the divine attributes, such as love, light, holiness, righteousness, patience, and humility, in our human virtues, God will obtain an unsurpassing glory through this. In this way, we are corporately conformed to the image of the firstborn Son."

Book Synopsis God Created Man in His Image and Likeness by : Oried E. Graves
Download or read book God Created Man in His Image and Likeness written by Oried E. Graves and published by Trafford Publishing. This book was released on 2012-10-26 with total page 307 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Everyone who reads the Bible must admit that it tells us to do things that we never have done and cannot do in our fleshly bodies. One reason is that God our Creator is telling us what He wants us to be and do as created in His image and likeness. Our purpose is in our image and likeness of God our Creator, not like the dust of the ground or the flesh of our parents. Most children dont know that they are created in the image and likeness of God, and their parents have not asked God for His spirit for their children so they can be taught this vital truth. The reason parents dont ask God for His spirit for their children is because they dont recognize the need for Him. There are several things mankind cannot do in the flesh, and they must recognize their origin in the image and likeness of God. Mankind must recognize being in the image and likeness of God to, first, love God with all their being and love his neighbors as himself; second, to obey God and his parents as required in Gods word; third, to trust God with all his heart; fourth, to worship God in spirit and in truth; and fifth, to glorify God in his body and spirit, which are God. The devil does not want mankind to know that he is created in the image and likeness of God because man will always defeat Satan and fulfill God's will.
