Book Synopsis Cooking on Cape Cod by : Karin Meehan
Download or read book Cooking on Cape Cod written by Karin Meehan and published by . This book was released on 2013-09-15 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Cooking on Cape Cod Cookbook has been in the works for about a year. I'm a type of person that if I go out to a restaurant and try a dish, I like to go home and try to recreate the recipe from scratch. I started cooking at a very young age with pretty basic recipes. As I got older, I got more creative. Trust me, there were many times dinner went south! This book was a challenge for me. My struggles mainly being that I had to actually write down what my measurements were while creating the recipe. I tend to just open the pantry or fridge, see what's on hand and wing it. Whenever possible, try using fresh ingredients and spices. I have fresh herbs pretty much year round on our deck. I tried to do a variety of different types of foods and I hope you enjoy the collection of these recipes.
