Allow the mixture to settle for 1 minute. Meanwhile, melt 1 Tablespoon of butter and keep aside. Whisk the butter in salt, brown sugar, and melted butter. Slowly pour in three cups of flour, 1 cup at a time. Mix with a wooden spoon or dough hook connected to a mixer till the dough is thick. Add three/four cup extra flour till the dough is not sticky. If it's still sticky then upload 1/4 - half cup extra. Poke the dough together along with your finger - if it bounces again, it is ok to knead.Turn the dough out onto a floor laced with flour.. Knead the dough for three mins and form right into a ball. Place in a huge greased bowl and cowl tightly with plastic wrap, and permit it to rise in a heat surroundings for 1 hour or till almost doubled in size. (Tip: preheat oven to 200°F (93°C), flip it off, then place the dough inside with the oven closed, thus simulating a warm environment.)Once risen, punch dough right all the way down to launch any air bubbles. Turn out onto a light floured floor and, with a pointy knife or pizza cutter, reduce dough into 1/three cup sections. You have to have approximately 12 sections which you then shape into balls.Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Create an X on the top and sprinkle with Coarse Sea Salt. As quickly because the loaves pop out of the oven, brush them with melted butter and switch them to a cooling rack to cool and its ready to be served.39.
